微型樁在青銀高速公路(河北段)沉降病害治理中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的擴大,建成的高速公路日益增多,由于時間和道路線路復(fù)雜的地質(zhì)條件,即有高速公路產(chǎn)生了各種病害,高速公路路基處理技術(shù)得到了迅速的發(fā)展。在目前高速公路沉降病害治理中,微型樁應(yīng)用很廣泛,,但是微型樁的理論研究遠落后于實踐,其工作機理需進一步的研究。為了使微型樁處理高速公路沉降病害技術(shù)得到更好的推廣和應(yīng)用,對其承載特性及加固機理進行更深入的研究分析是非常必要的。 本文以青銀高速公路(河北段)所產(chǎn)生的沉降病害為研究對象,采用理論分析、室內(nèi)外試驗及數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合的方法,系統(tǒng)分析了青銀高速公路(河北段)產(chǎn)生病害的原因,并對其地基土工程地質(zhì)特性進行了綜合評價。同時研究分析了微型樁加固機理,結(jié)合微型樁的特點及治理工程,分別分析計算了單樁和群樁的水平、豎向承載力,其結(jié)果滿足治理工程要求。同時采用現(xiàn)場載荷試驗、低應(yīng)變法等方法對路基處理效果進行了評價,并闡述了微型樁在既有高速公路的施工工藝。 本文通過FLAC3D所建立的有限元數(shù)值分析模型,對青銀高速公路典型路段路堤填筑期和公路運營期的變形破壞規(guī)律進行分析,且對微型樁現(xiàn)場靜載荷試驗進行了模擬分析,并得到與現(xiàn)場試驗較為吻合的模擬結(jié)果。同時本文還通過改變微型樁的設(shè)計參數(shù),獲得最優(yōu)的樁間距和樁長。研究結(jié)果表明微型樁在治理高速公路沉降病害有顯著效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and the expansion of basic construction, more and more highways have been built. Due to the complicated geological conditions of time and road routes, there are various diseases of expressway. The technology of highway subgrade treatment has been developed rapidly. At present, micro-pile is widely used in the treatment of expressway settlement disease, but the theoretical research of micro-pile is far behind practice. In order to popularize and apply the technology of micro-pile to deal with highway subsidence disease, it is very necessary to study and analyze the bearing characteristics and reinforcement mechanism of micro-pile. In this paper, taking the settlement disease of Qingyin Expressway (Hebei Section) as the research object, using the method of theoretical analysis, indoor and outdoor test and numerical simulation, the causes of the disease in Qingyin Expressway (Hebei Section) are systematically analyzed. At the same time, the reinforcement mechanism of micro-pile is studied and analyzed. The horizontal and vertical bearing capacity of single pile and group pile are analyzed and calculated according to the characteristics of micro-pile and the treatment project. The results meet the requirements of treatment engineering. At the same time, the effect of subgrade treatment is evaluated by field load test and low strain method, and the construction technology of micro-pile in existing expressway is expounded. Based on the finite element numerical analysis model established by FLAC3D, the deformation and failure law of embankment in typical section of Qingyin Expressway and highway operation period are analyzed in this paper, and the static load test of micro-pile is simulated. At the same time, the optimum pile spacing and pile length are obtained by changing the design parameters of the micro-pile. The results show that the micro-pile has a remarkable effect in controlling the settlement disease of expressway.
