圍巖變形監(jiān)測(cè)在新疆某軟巖隧洞施工中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,工程建設(shè)中需求的隧道越來(lái)越多,這些隧道有些出現(xiàn)在高等級(jí)公路的建設(shè)中,有些服務(wù)于其他用途,如排水等。為了確保隧道施工過(guò)程安全、順利進(jìn)行,需要依據(jù)已完成的隧道建設(shè)施工案例,制定出合理的施工方案。在施工過(guò)程中,為了保證圍巖以及支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性,需要及時(shí)掌握隧道監(jiān)控量測(cè)資料,以便對(duì)施工參數(shù)做出修改。 本文從理論和實(shí)際案例這兩個(gè)方面對(duì)隧道監(jiān)控量測(cè)進(jìn)行了探討,首先對(duì)監(jiān)控量測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié),緊接著對(duì)隧道圍巖穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了分析,并介紹了監(jiān)控量測(cè)技術(shù)的主要內(nèi)容,最后依托新疆某隧道的施工案例,對(duì)格柵拱架鋼筋計(jì)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)、一次支護(hù)后隧道圍巖收斂變形監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和二次襯砌鋼筋應(yīng)力監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行解釋。通過(guò)對(duì)收斂數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回歸分析,推算出圍巖變形的相對(duì)位移值,掌握隧洞圍巖的變形規(guī)律,確定二次支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī),并通過(guò)比較推算的相對(duì)位移值與實(shí)測(cè)位移值,探討了如何根據(jù)監(jiān)控量測(cè)資料確保圍巖以及支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性。 對(duì)監(jiān)控量測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的回歸分析結(jié)果與實(shí)際檢測(cè)資料吻合的較好,基于取得的資料提出了合適的支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī),保證了該隧道施工過(guò)程安全進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in our country, more and more tunnels are needed in the construction of engineering. Some of these tunnels appear in the construction of high-grade highway, some serve other purposes, such as drainage, etc. In order to ensure the safety of tunnel construction process, In order to ensure the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure, it is necessary to grasp the monitoring and measuring data of tunnel in time in order to ensure the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure. In order to modify the construction parameters. In this paper, the tunnel monitoring measurement is discussed from both theoretical and practical cases. Firstly, the development status of monitoring measurement technology is summarized, and then the stability of tunnel surrounding rock is analyzed. The main contents of monitoring and measuring technology are introduced. Finally, based on the construction case of a tunnel in Xinjiang, the monitoring data of grid arch frame steel bar meter are introduced. After primary support, the monitoring data of surrounding rock convergence deformation and the stress monitoring data of secondary lining reinforcement are interpreted. Through regression analysis of convergence data, the relative displacement value of surrounding rock deformation is calculated, and the deformation law of tunnel surrounding rock is mastered. By comparing the calculated relative displacement with the measured displacement, this paper discusses how to ensure the stability of surrounding rock and supporting structure according to the monitoring and measuring data. The results of regression analysis of monitoring data are in good agreement with the actual data. Based on the obtained data, a suitable supporting time is put forward to ensure the safety of the tunnel construction process.
