【摘要】：以杭州市為例,設(shè)計李克特量表獲取評分,然后構(gòu)建AHP-GRAM評價模型對各種"治堵"策略進行綜合評價。結(jié)果表明,有車族和無車族對"收費式"治堵及限牌等措施的看法存在一定的差異;交通需求控制、文明交通管理、交通路網(wǎng)建設(shè)和公交優(yōu)化策略的"治堵"效應(yīng)依次加強。
[Abstract]:Taking Hangzhou as an example, this paper designs the Richter scale to get the score, and then constructs the AHP-GRAM evaluation model to evaluate comprehensively the various strategies of "controlling plugging". There are some differences in the views of the car owners and the car owners on the measures of "charging" and limiting the license, and the effect of the traffic demand control, the civilized traffic management, the traffic network construction and the optimization strategy of the public transportation is strengthened in turn.
