【摘要】：道路排水工程是當(dāng)今城市化建設(shè)與發(fā)展的重要內(nèi)容,伴隨排水工程設(shè)計(jì)之技術(shù)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,現(xiàn)在都在各行業(yè)取得了大范圍的推廣和應(yīng)用。道路排水工程技術(shù)的革新,將深刻地影響到各方面城市建設(shè)工程設(shè)計(jì)的戰(zhàn)略布局和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。城市排水管道工程質(zhì)量不但影響城市功能的正常發(fā)揮,并且同城市環(huán)保、道路養(yǎng)護(hù)以及城市排澇防洪等方面都有直接的影響。所以,采用科學(xué)合理的有效措施和技術(shù)來(lái)保證其施工質(zhì)量就顯得尤為重要。城市排水管道的施工質(zhì)量極大的影響著城市居民的生活質(zhì)量,所以為確保城市排水工程施工的質(zhì)量,就必須從管道鋪設(shè)前的準(zhǔn)備、管道鋪設(shè)和施工場(chǎng)地恢復(fù)等不同階段,采取相應(yīng)的措施,才能收到較好的效果。本文回顧了項(xiàng)目后評(píng)估的有關(guān)論斷,調(diào)研了后評(píng)價(jià)體系當(dāng)中有關(guān)理論與開展?fàn)顩r,經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)后評(píng)價(jià)理論體系的調(diào)研與解析,嘗試用定性定量分析的方法,將德州市長(zhǎng)河大道道路排水工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目提出可行的綜合性評(píng)價(jià)方法。詳細(xì)介紹了德州市長(zhǎng)河大道道路排水工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)的評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容,通過(guò)項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)分析找出德州市長(zhǎng)河大道道路排水工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的種種問(wèn)題,分析教訓(xùn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),并經(jīng)過(guò)更加有效的及時(shí)的信息追溯,對(duì)以后新項(xiàng)目的決策提出建議來(lái)提升投資決策管理水平,并且也提出整改意見(jiàn)來(lái)為后評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施打好基礎(chǔ),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)行效益的提高。為中國(guó)廣大城市的道路排水工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)提供相對(duì)有價(jià)值的參照意義,也為其他地區(qū)的道路排水工程實(shí)施項(xiàng)目后評(píng)價(jià)提供有力方案與論據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Road drainage engineering is an important content of urbanization construction and development nowadays. With the long-term development of drainage engineering design technology, it has been widely popularized and applied in various industries. It will profoundly affect the strategic layout and long-term development of all aspects of urban construction engineering design. The quality of urban drainage pipeline projects will not only affect the normal play of urban functions, but also be in line with the urban environmental protection. Road maintenance and urban drainage and flood prevention have a direct impact. It is very important to adopt scientific and reasonable effective measures and techniques to ensure the construction quality. The construction quality of urban drainage pipe greatly affects the quality of life of urban residents, so it is considered to ensure the quality of construction of urban drainage engineering. It is necessary to take appropriate measures from the different stages of pipeline preparation, pipeline laying and site restoration in order to get better results. This paper reviews the relevant conclusions of post-project evaluation. After investigating and analyzing the theory and development of the post-evaluation system, we try to use the qualitative and quantitative analysis method. This paper puts forward a feasible comprehensive evaluation method for the construction project of the road drainage project of Changhe Avenue in Dezhou City, and introduces in detail the content of the post-evaluation of the construction project of the road drainage project of Changhe Avenue in Dezhou City. Through the post-evaluation analysis of the project to find out the problems found in the course of the construction project of the Changhe Avenue Road drainage Project in Dezhou City, to analyze the lessons and experiences, and to trace back the more effective and timely information, In order to improve the level of investment decision management, we also put forward some suggestions to improve the level of investment decision management in order to lay a good foundation for the implementation of post-evaluation projects. Thus, it can improve the operation benefit and provide valuable reference meaning for the construction of road drainage project in the vast city of China, as well as the powerful plan and argument for the post-implementation evaluation of road drainage project in other areas.
