基于正交灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析法的溫拌橡膠瀝青性能影響因素研究

【摘要】:針對影響溫拌橡膠瀝青性質(zhì)因素眾多,為研究各因素對其的影響規(guī)律,該文采用不同膠粉摻量、攪拌溫度、攪拌時間、溫拌劑摻量,利用正交試驗設(shè)計方法進(jìn)行試驗室溫拌橡膠瀝青制備,分析各因素對橡膠瀝青影響權(quán)重,同時借助灰關(guān)聯(lián)分析確定各因素所占比例,綜合評價溫拌橡膠瀝青的性能。試驗結(jié)果表明:膠粉摻量是影響溫拌橡膠瀝青性質(zhì)的最主要因素,不同組合下的溫拌橡膠瀝青性質(zhì)差異很大,最終確定膠粉摻量20%、攪拌溫度200℃、攪拌時間75min、溫拌劑摻量0.6%組合方案性質(zhì)最優(yōu)。該試驗結(jié)果可為溫拌橡膠瀝青應(yīng)用組合設(shè)計提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In view of the numerous factors affecting the properties of warm rubber asphalt, in order to study the influence of various factors on the properties of asphalt, different amount of rubber powder, stirring temperature, stirring time and amount of warm mix agent are adopted in this paper. The orthogonal design method is used to prepare rubber asphalt at room temperature. The weight of each factor on rubber asphalt is analyzed, and the proportion of each factor is determined by grey correlation analysis. The experimental results show that the content of rubber powder is the most important factor affecting the properties of warm rubber asphalt, and the properties of warm rubber asphalt under different combinations vary greatly.
