【摘要】:預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁橋是大跨徑橋梁常用的橋型,由于建造橋梁所用的建筑材料自身存在缺陷和不足,在橋梁運(yùn)營階段又要承受荷載等動(dòng)力作用和自然環(huán)境侵蝕,必然會(huì)導(dǎo)致橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)性能衰減,造成橋梁耐久性和承載能力不足。因此,研究預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁橋剩余使用壽命,可以為橋梁維修加固決策提供依據(jù),具有重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值和理論意義。本文以鄭少高速公路航海路連接線南水北調(diào)大橋輔線橋(以下簡稱輔線橋)為工程實(shí)例,研究造成預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁橋抗力衰減因素,預(yù)測橋梁剩余使用壽命,主要完成以下工作: 1.論述了引起鋼筋混凝土梁橋以及預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁橋抗力衰減的因素,選擇了混凝土碳化預(yù)測模型、鋼筋銹蝕預(yù)測模型、混凝土強(qiáng)度變化模型和基于鋼筋銹蝕的結(jié)構(gòu)抗力衰減模型。 2.論述了規(guī)范中橋梁恒載、設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)期與評估基準(zhǔn)期內(nèi)車輛荷載效應(yīng)最大值的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法、荷載分布模型和參數(shù)估計(jì);給出了車輛沖擊荷載效應(yīng)的計(jì)算方法和人群荷載的統(tǒng)計(jì)規(guī)律。 3.探討了混凝土梁橋碳化壽命、銹脹開裂壽命和承載能力壽命終結(jié)的判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為混凝土梁橋使用壽命的判定提供了依據(jù);建立了預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁橋碳化壽命、銹脹開裂壽命和抗彎、抗剪承載能力壽命的極限狀態(tài)方程,計(jì)算混凝土梁橋各使用壽命的可靠指標(biāo)。 4.基于時(shí)變可靠度理論,計(jì)算了輔線橋主梁和橋墩混凝土碳化壽命和鋼筋銹脹開裂壽命,得到輔線橋設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)期內(nèi)主梁跨中抗彎承載能力和主梁1/4跨抗剪承載能力可靠指標(biāo)。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:一般大氣環(huán)境下,若輔線橋混凝土強(qiáng)度高,混凝土碳化和鋼筋、預(yù)應(yīng)力筋銹蝕就會(huì)非常緩慢,其承載能力的衰減可只考慮預(yù)應(yīng)力損失和混凝土強(qiáng)度變化這兩種因素,,在此種情況下,輔線橋設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)期內(nèi)的抗彎承載能力能夠得到保證;只考慮碳化作用引起的鋼筋銹蝕時(shí),輔線橋抗剪承載能力在設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)期內(nèi)能夠滿足要求。
[Abstract]:Prestressed concrete beam bridge is a commonly used bridge type in long-span bridges. Because of the defects and shortcomings of the building materials used in the construction of bridges, it has to bear dynamic effects such as loads and natural environment erosion in the operation stage of bridges. Therefore, the study of residual service life of prestressed concrete beam bridge can provide the basis for bridge maintenance and reinforcement decision. It is of great practical value and theoretical significance. In this paper, taking the auxiliary line bridge of the South-to-North Water transfer Bridge (hereinafter referred to as the auxiliary line bridge) as an engineering example, the factors causing the attenuation of the resistance of the prestressed concrete girder bridge are studied. To predict the remaining service life of the bridge, the following work will be accomplished:. 1. The factors that cause the resistance attenuation of reinforced concrete beam bridge and prestressed concrete beam bridge are discussed. The prediction model of concrete carbonization and the prediction model of steel corrosion are selected. Concrete strength change model and structural resistance attenuation model based on steel bar corrosion. 2. The statistical analysis method, load distribution model and parameter estimation of the maximum value of vehicle load effect in the reference period, design reference period and evaluation period in the code are discussed. The calculation method of vehicle impact load effect and the statistical law of crowd load are given. 3. The criterion of carbonation life, rust expansion cracking life and bearing capacity life of concrete beam bridge is discussed, which provides the basis for the determination of concrete beam bridge service life, and establishes the carbonation life of prestressed concrete beam bridge. The ultimate state equations of the life of corrosion expansion cracking and bending and shear bearing capacity are used to calculate the reliable indexes of the service life of concrete beam bridges. 4. Based on the time-varying reliability theory, the carbonation life of main girder and pier of auxiliary bridge and the life of corrosion cracking of steel bar are calculated. The reliability indexes of the flexural bearing capacity of the main girder and the shear bearing capacity of the 1/4 span of the main beam during the design reference period of the auxiliary bridge are obtained. The calculation results show that if the concrete strength of the auxiliary line bridge is high, the concrete carbonization and reinforcement are obtained. The corrosion of prestressed tendons will be very slow, and the attenuation of its bearing capacity can only take into account the loss of prestress and the change of concrete strength. In this case, the flexural bearing capacity of auxiliary bridges can be guaranteed during the design reference period. Considering only the corrosion of steel bar caused by carbonation, the shear bearing capacity of the auxiliary bridge can meet the requirements in the design reference period.
