鋼鐵物流園區(qū)交通管理策略研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,科技的不斷進(jìn)步,我國的鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)得到了迅速的發(fā)展,鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)由原有的單一生產(chǎn)角色向服務(wù)商角色演變,鋼鐵市場已經(jīng)從原有的賣方市場逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變成為買方市場。為了進(jìn)一步的降低成本,鋼鐵生產(chǎn)企業(yè)逐漸重視物流環(huán)節(jié),向“第三利潤源泉”物流要效益。 在鋼鐵物流園區(qū)的研究領(lǐng)域中,鋼鐵物流園區(qū)交通管理策略的研究是物流園區(qū)微觀研究領(lǐng)域的重要內(nèi)容之一。良好的交通管理策略可以有效解決園區(qū)內(nèi)部道路的交通擁堵問題,確保運(yùn)輸車輛的行駛安全;可以提高園區(qū)內(nèi)的交通運(yùn)輸效率,物流系統(tǒng)的效率和貨物的周轉(zhuǎn)速度,增強(qiáng)園區(qū)的競爭力。 本文首先對物流園區(qū)在交通研究領(lǐng)域的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,列舉了在物流園區(qū)的優(yōu)化選址布局、功能布局規(guī)劃和交通影響分析領(lǐng)域的研究成果。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出從微觀角度,對物流園區(qū)的交通管理策略和內(nèi)部道路交通組織進(jìn)行研究。 其次,從整體的角度對鋼鐵物流園區(qū)的道路交通系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析研究,包含了鋼鐵物流園區(qū)的基本組成和園區(qū)的道路交通影響因素的分析,并提出針對物流園區(qū)的交通研究應(yīng)結(jié)合園區(qū)的作業(yè)流程,,系統(tǒng)、全面的分析流程中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)對園區(qū)內(nèi)部道路交通的影響。 第三,對鋼鐵物流園區(qū)的運(yùn)行調(diào)度模式、交通管理和交通組織進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了針對鋼鐵物流園區(qū)特有的調(diào)度模式,交通管理方案以及交通組織形式,避免園區(qū)內(nèi)交通擁堵現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,保證園區(qū)內(nèi)運(yùn)輸車輛的行駛安全。 最后,通過某鋼鐵物流園區(qū)的實(shí)際案例,來驗(yàn)證本文所研究的理論和方法的實(shí)用性和有效性。 本文主要針對鋼鐵物流園區(qū)內(nèi)部的道路交通進(jìn)行研究,從微觀的角度提出園區(qū)內(nèi)部的交通管理策略以及交通組織形式,并提出停車場的設(shè)置可作為園區(qū)內(nèi)運(yùn)輸車輛作業(yè)的緩沖區(qū),根據(jù)園區(qū)內(nèi)相應(yīng)節(jié)點(diǎn)的交通狀況對運(yùn)輸車輛進(jìn)行合理調(diào)度,避免園區(qū)交通擁堵的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of economy and the progress of science and technology, the iron and steel industry of our country has been developed rapidly, and the iron and steel production enterprises have changed from a single production role to a service provider role. The iron and steel market has gradually changed from the original seller's market to the buyer's market. In order to further reduce the cost, the iron and steel production enterprises gradually attach importance to the logistics link and demand the benefit from the "third profit source" logistics. In the research field of iron and steel logistics park, The research on traffic management strategy of iron and steel logistics park is one of the important contents in the micro research field of logistics park. A good traffic management strategy can effectively solve the traffic congestion problem of the road in the park and ensure the safety of the transportation vehicle. It can improve the efficiency of transportation, the efficiency of logistics system and the turnover speed of goods, and enhance the competitiveness of the park. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of logistics park in the field of transportation research at home and abroad, enumerates the optimized location layout of logistics park. Based on the research results in the field of functional layout planning and traffic impact analysis, the traffic management strategy and internal road traffic organization of the logistics park are studied from the micro point of view. Secondly, the road traffic system of the iron and steel logistics park is analyzed in detail from the overall point of view, including the basic composition of the steel logistics park and the analysis of the influence factors of the road traffic in the park. The paper also puts forward that the traffic research of the logistics park should be combined with the operation flow of the park and the comprehensive analysis of the impact of each link in the process on the road traffic in the park. Thirdly, the operation scheduling mode, traffic management and traffic organization of iron and steel logistics park are analyzed and studied in detail. On this basis, the specific scheduling mode of iron and steel logistics park is put forward. Traffic management scheme and traffic organization to avoid traffic congestion in the park to ensure the safety of transport vehicles in the park. Finally, the practicability and validity of the theory and method studied in this paper are verified by an actual case of a certain iron and steel logistics park. This paper mainly studies the road traffic in the logistics park of iron and steel, and puts forward the traffic management strategy and the traffic organization form in the park from the microscopic angle. It is also proposed that the parking lot can be used as a buffer zone for transportation vehicle operation in the park. According to the traffic conditions of the corresponding nodes in the park, the traffic congestion in the park can be avoided by the reasonable scheduling of the transport vehicle.
