宜萬鐵路運(yùn)營期地質(zhì)災(zāi)害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系研究

【摘要】:摘要:宜萬線鐵路隧道地質(zhì)條件和施工技術(shù)復(fù)雜,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)對(duì)地質(zhì)條件的認(rèn)識(shí)尚不夠全面準(zhǔn)確,隧道本身老化以及造價(jià)、管理等原因,隧道病害問題較為突出。如何利用無損檢測(cè)所得數(shù)據(jù)來定量評(píng)估隧道病害已成了隧道病害診斷研究中的一個(gè)急待解決的問題,且現(xiàn)有隧道風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析研究主要針對(duì)鐵路、公路隧道施工期風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在鐵路隧道運(yùn)營期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析,特別是巖溶隧道運(yùn)營期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析方面研究的很少。因此,針對(duì)我國鐵路隧道中不斷出現(xiàn)的隧道病害問題,建立定量化的病害綜合診斷方法和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理技術(shù)是相當(dāng)重要和迫切的。 本文在大量文獻(xiàn)研究和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)宜萬線鐵路隧道病害綜合診斷方法,引入風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析理論,實(shí)現(xiàn)鐵路隧道的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,構(gòu)建風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理模式和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為決策提供依據(jù)。 (1)通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研和資料分析,歸納分析了宜萬線鐵路隧道病害種類和成因,在以往關(guān)于隧道襯砌狀態(tài)評(píng)估經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累和吸收已有狀態(tài)評(píng)估方法及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)優(yōu)點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,參照相關(guān)隧道狀態(tài)技術(shù)規(guī)范,從過去簡(jiǎn)單的定性分析、單純現(xiàn)象分析、經(jīng)驗(yàn)類比為依據(jù)的評(píng)估方法過渡到建立多種手段獲取定量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的襯砌狀態(tài)評(píng)估體系,研究隧道病害等級(jí)判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了從隧道襯砌相關(guān)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)到襯砌狀態(tài)等級(jí)評(píng)估認(rèn)定。 (2)由于宜萬線鐵路隧道病害種類多,須對(duì)影響隧洞安全因素綜合考慮,參照國內(nèi)外鐵路、公路隧道的分級(jí)研究,在對(duì)宜萬線鐵路隧道安全分級(jí)的基礎(chǔ)上,利用層次分析法、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,建立了鐵路隧道病害綜合診斷的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和評(píng)價(jià)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鐵路隧道病害診斷模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 (3)結(jié)合背景工程的特點(diǎn),以宜萬線大支坪隧道為依托,針對(duì)性的對(duì)大支坪隧道+990段運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行隧道安全評(píng)估分析,分析結(jié)果與實(shí)際工程狀況相符合。 論文以宜萬鐵路隧道運(yùn)營期病害檢測(cè)資料為基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)行了鐵路隧道病害分類和分級(jí),提出了鐵路隧道病害模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,建立了病害評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),解決了宜萬線鐵路隧道病害診斷和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中存在的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題,研究成果應(yīng)用與工程實(shí)踐,不僅對(duì)宜萬鐵路隧道的養(yǎng)護(hù)、維修和建設(shè)具有指導(dǎo)作用,而且對(duì)今后巖溶地區(qū)的隧道工程進(jìn)行隧道病害診斷提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:Abstract: the geological conditions and construction technology of Yi-Wan railway tunnel are complex, the understanding of geological conditions is not comprehensive and accurate enough, the tunnel itself is aging, the cost, management and other reasons, etc. The problem of tunnel disease is more prominent. How to use the data obtained from NDT to quantitatively evaluate the tunnel disease has become an urgent problem to be solved in the tunnel disease diagnosis research, and the existing tunnel risk analysis research is mainly aimed at the railway. The risk of highway tunnel during construction period is seldom studied in the risk analysis of railway tunnel operation period, especially in karst tunnel operation period. It is very important and urgent to establish quantitative comprehensive diagnosis method and risk management technology. On the basis of a lot of literature research and field investigation, this paper introduces the theory of risk analysis to realize the risk management of railway tunnel, constructs the risk management model and standard, and provides the basis for decision making by introducing the risk analysis theory to the comprehensive diagnosis method of railway tunnel diseases. 1) through field investigation and data analysis, this paper sums up and analyzes the types and causes of railway tunnel diseases on Yi-Wan railway line, and on the basis of the accumulation and absorption of the existing methods and standards for evaluating the condition of tunnel lining in the past, Referring to the relevant technical specifications of tunnel state, from simple qualitative analysis, simple phenomenon analysis and empirical analogy evaluation method to the establishment of lining state evaluation system, which can obtain quantitative evaluation indexes by various means, This paper studies the criteria of tunnel disease grade, and realizes the evaluation of tunnel lining condition from tunnel lining detection data to lining status evaluation. 2) as there are many kinds of diseases in Yi-Wan railway tunnel, it is necessary to consider comprehensively the factors affecting the tunnel safety. Referring to the classification study of railway and highway tunnel at home and abroad, on the basis of the safety classification of Yi-Wan railway tunnel, the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used. Neural network technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are used to establish the evaluation index system and evaluation method of railway tunnel disease comprehensive diagnosis, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of railway tunnel disease diagnosis is realized. In combination with the characteristics of the background engineering, based on the Daziping Tunnel of Yi-Wan Line, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is used to evaluate and analyze the tunnel safety in the section 990 of Dajiping Tunnel. The analysis results are in accordance with the actual engineering situation. Based on the inspection data of railway tunnel diseases in Yi-wan railway tunnel, the classification and classification of railway tunnel diseases are carried out, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of railway tunnel diseases is put forward, and the evaluation criteria are established. The key technical problems in disease diagnosis and risk management of Yi-Wan railway tunnel are solved. The application of research results and engineering practice can not only guide the maintenance, maintenance and construction of Yi-Wan railway tunnel. It also provides reference and reference for tunnel disease diagnosis in karst area.
