【摘要】：采用了上海市域范圍內(nèi)軌道交通站點層面的數(shù)據(jù),運用多元回歸方法,檢驗并確定了影響上海市軌道交通客流量的重要的公交導(dǎo)向開發(fā)(TOD)因素.結(jié)果表明站點影響區(qū)域內(nèi)的公交車服務(wù)次數(shù)、公交車平均發(fā)車間隔、步行至最近公交站點的時間、軌道交通站點的出入口數(shù)量以及站點周圍是否有停車場等五個變量對軌道交通的客流量具有顯著影響.尤其是,公交車服務(wù)次數(shù)和平均發(fā)車間隔這一對看似矛盾的因素恰好表明了接駁型公交服務(wù)的增加對軌道交通客流提高的重要性.此外,提出了具體的政策建議,以期用來指導(dǎo)城市和交通開發(fā)的實踐活動.
[Abstract]:The data of rail transit stations in Shanghai are adopted, and the multiple regression method is used. The important factors affecting the passenger flow of Shanghai rail transit are examined and determined. The results show that the stations affect the number of bus services in the area, the average departure interval of buses, and the time of walking to the nearest bus stop. Five variables, such as the number of entrances and exits of rail transit stations and whether there is a parking lot around the stations, have a significant impact on the passenger flow of rail transit. The number of bus service and the average departure distance are a pair of seemingly contradictory factors that indicate the importance of the increase of bus service to the increase of rail transit passenger flow. In addition, some specific policy suggestions are put forward. With a view to guiding urban and traffic development of practical activities.
