【摘要】:本文為龍口至青島公路萊西(沈海高速)至城陽段工程設(shè)計(jì),目的是在萊西城陽兩地間建設(shè)一條聯(lián)系兩地的快速通道,使兩地間交通貨運(yùn)更為方便快捷,使兩地在運(yùn)輸過程中加速物資流轉(zhuǎn),減少費(fèi)用開支,并以此帶動(dòng)兩地及公路沿線區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,形成以此路為依托的多維發(fā)展模式。 本設(shè)計(jì)路段是青龍高速公路的重要組成部分,即墨連接線起點(diǎn)至小埠東段利用現(xiàn)有鶴山路,小埠東至濱海公路段采用四車道一級(jí)公路標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)速度80公里/小時(shí),路基寬度24.5米,濱海公路至韓家?guī)X北段采用雙車道二級(jí)公路標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)速度80公里/小時(shí),路基寬度12.0米。即墨連接線全長(zhǎng)18.420kmm(新建路段13.148km),永久占地53.275公頃,路基填方54.08萬立方米、挖方44.07萬立方米;共設(shè)置大橋1座、中橋3座、小橋4座、通道2座、涵洞34道。此次設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容有路線平面、縱斷面設(shè)計(jì),路基和路面的設(shè)計(jì),支護(hù)和防護(hù)設(shè)計(jì),路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),橋梁涵洞設(shè)計(jì)以及排水的設(shè)計(jì)。 本工程地處魯東低山殘丘-平原微丘區(qū)的一部分。沿線地形地貌受區(qū)域構(gòu)造控制,地形總體上呈中間低兩頭高的特征,最低高位于大沽河附近。沿線地形較平坦,地貌類型較單一,地層結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡(jiǎn)單,雖然多條斷裂通過沿線,但均為非全新活動(dòng)斷裂;沿線未發(fā)現(xiàn)滑坡、巖溶、崩塌、泥石流、采空區(qū)、地面沉降等不良地質(zhì),場(chǎng)地穩(wěn)定性良好,總體項(xiàng)目區(qū)域?qū)俟こ痰刭|(zhì)條件比較簡(jiǎn)單場(chǎng)地。工程地質(zhì)條件對(duì)本工程建設(shè)較有利。 設(shè)計(jì)中結(jié)合地形、地物最大限度地采用了優(yōu)美的平縱線形,盡量避繞了村鎮(zhèn)等建筑物密集區(qū),加強(qiáng)了路基的綠化和防護(hù),使道路與大自然融為一體。凡與路線交叉的道路、水溝、渠等,均設(shè)置了橋涵和通道,以盡量減少水土流失及對(duì)原水利系統(tǒng)的影響。在村莊密集路段沿線兩側(cè)適當(dāng)種植灌木和喬木,以美化環(huán)境,衰減噪音及大氣污染。 青龍高速公路建成通車后,將填補(bǔ)萊西市東部區(qū)域沒有南北高速公路的空白,青島主城區(qū)與五市將由現(xiàn)在的高速公路互通提升為直達(dá)互通,拉近了青島主城區(qū)與萊西、即墨等北部區(qū)域的時(shí)間和空間距離。同時(shí),青龍高速還串連了萊西姜山工業(yè)園、即墨華山工業(yè)園、龍泉工業(yè)園、即發(fā)工業(yè)園等一批園區(qū),構(gòu)成了一條南北經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊,即墨連接線直接連接藍(lán)色硅谷核心區(qū),對(duì)藍(lán)色硅谷核心區(qū)的開發(fā)建設(shè)以及未來鰲山港區(qū)的疏港都起到重要作用。本文在以龍口至青島公路萊西(沈海高速)至城陽段工程道路設(shè)計(jì)為例,結(jié)合我國(guó)高等級(jí)公路建設(shè)的復(fù)雜情況,詳細(xì)闡述了城市公路設(shè)計(jì)思路與技術(shù)要點(diǎn),從高等級(jí)公路的設(shè)計(jì)過程中吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),為以后的復(fù)雜高等級(jí)公路設(shè)計(jì)積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper is designed for the section between Laixi (Shenhai Expressway) and Chengyang on the Longkou to Qingdao Highway. The purpose of this project is to build a rapid link between Laixi and Chengyang, so as to make the transportation between the two places more convenient and fast. In order to speed up the material circulation and reduce the expense in the course of transportation, the economic development of both places and the areas along the highway will be promoted, and the multi-dimensional development model based on this road will be formed. This design section is an important part of Azure Dragon Expressway. From the starting point of Jimo connection line to the east section of Xiaobu, the existing Heshan Road is used. The four-lane first class highway standard is adopted for the section from Xiaowu East to Binhai Highway. The design speed is 80 km / h. The width of roadbed is 24.5 meters, the standard of two-lane second-class highway is adopted from Binhai Highway to Hanjialing North, the design speed is 80 km / h, the width of roadbed is 12.0 meters. The Jimo connection line is 18.420 kmmlong (13.148 km / m of newly built section, covering a permanent area of 53.275 hectares). There are 1 bridge, 3 medium bridges, 4 small bridges, 2 passageways and 34 culverts. The main contents of this design are route plane, vertical section design, subgrade and pavement design. Support and protection design, pavement structure design, bridge culvert design and drainage design. The project is located in a part of the residual hill area of the low mountains in the east of Shandong Province. The topography along the line is controlled by the regional structure. The topography is generally characterized as low and high at the middle end, and the lowest height lies near the Dagu River. The topography along the line is relatively flat. The geomorphological type is relatively simple, and the stratigraphic structure is relatively simple. Although many faults pass along the line, they are all non-brand-new active faults. No bad geology, such as landslides, karsts, collapses, debris flows, goaf areas, land subsidence and so on, has been found along the line. The site stability is good, the overall project area belongs to the engineering geological condition relatively simple site, the engineering geology condition is advantageous to this project construction. In the design, the terrain is combined, the ground features adopt the graceful horizontal and longitudinal line to the maximum extent, avoid as far as possible the dense areas of buildings such as villages and towns, strengthen the greening and protection of the roadbed, and make the road merge with the nature. Where the road intersects with the route, Bridges and culverts have been set up in gullies and canals to minimize soil erosion and influence on the original water conservancy system. Shrubs and trees are properly planted on both sides of the village along the dense section of road to beautify the environment, attenuate noise and air pollution. After the completion and opening of Azure Dragon Expressway, it will fill the gap that there is no South-North Expressway in the eastern part of Laixi City. The main urban area of Qingdao and the five cities will be upgraded from the current expressway to a direct interchange, bringing the main urban area of Qingdao and Laixi closer. The distance between time and space in the northern regions, such as Jimo. At the same time, Azure Dragon High Speed also connected a number of parks, such as the Laixi Jiang Shan Industrial Park, the Jimo Huashan Industrial Park, the Longquan Industrial Park, the Fat Industrial Park, and so on, forming a North-South economic corridor. The Jimo connection is directly connected to the Blue Silicon Valley core, It plays an important role in the development and construction of Blue Silicon Valley core area as well as in the future open port of Aoshan Port area. This paper takes the design of the Laixi (Shenhai Expressway) to Chengyang section of the Longkou to Qingdao Highway as an example. Combined with the complex situation of high grade highway construction in our country, this paper expounds in detail the design ideas and technical points of urban highway, draws lessons from the design process of high grade highway, and accumulates experience for the design of complex high grade highway in the future.
