基于DGPS的港口大型移動設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:堆料機(jī)和取料機(jī)是一種高效裝卸散料的大型移動設(shè)備,主要用于港口或者礦山等資源較為密集的場合,對于提升整個(gè)港口、礦山的運(yùn)輸效率起到了重要作用。但是一個(gè)堆場通常存在多個(gè)堆料機(jī)和取料機(jī)同時(shí)作業(yè)的情況,傳統(tǒng)的堆垛、驗(yàn)垛方式都是通過人工對講的方式完成,效率低下,由于行走打滑導(dǎo)致基于編碼器的大機(jī)位置時(shí)有不準(zhǔn)的情況,導(dǎo)致相鄰堆料機(jī)和取料機(jī)的碰撞故障也時(shí)有發(fā)生;诖耍疚尼槍η鼗蕧u港九公司的6臺堆料機(jī)和8臺取料機(jī),設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于DGPS(偽距差分定位系統(tǒng))的港口大型移動設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)。 首先,針對公司現(xiàn)場設(shè)備情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,結(jié)合當(dāng)前GPS技術(shù)的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,提出一種基于基站-移動站的DGPS的測量方案,通過在固定點(diǎn)設(shè)置基站GPS接收機(jī),在大機(jī)上固定部分與回轉(zhuǎn)大臂上各設(shè)置移動站GPS接收機(jī),完成單機(jī)行走與回轉(zhuǎn)的DGPS精確測量,利用公司現(xiàn)有的控制網(wǎng),將各臺大機(jī)的位置信息實(shí)時(shí)發(fā)送到后臺服務(wù)器,完成對大型移動設(shè)備的實(shí)時(shí)定位與管理功能。 其次,完成基站和移動站GPS接收機(jī)的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)。采用ST(意法半導(dǎo)體)公司基于Cortex-M3內(nèi)核的32位ARM芯片STM32F103VET6作為主控制器,采用工業(yè)級ENC28J60芯片作為以太網(wǎng)控制器,結(jié)合加拿大諾瓦泰公司生產(chǎn)的高精度OEMV-1G-1HZ型號的GPS板卡,完成基站和移動站的硬件部分設(shè)計(jì)。 最后,利用Visual C++6.0可視化編程工具,開發(fā)GPS數(shù)據(jù)采集與解析程序,完成大型移動設(shè)備相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)信息的計(jì)算并寫入到SQL Server2008數(shù)據(jù)庫中,,并設(shè)計(jì)了防碰撞預(yù)警策略,實(shí)現(xiàn)大機(jī)碰撞預(yù)警與聯(lián)動。利用西門子WinCC組態(tài)軟件,開發(fā)可視化上位機(jī)系統(tǒng),采用B/S的構(gòu)架,實(shí)現(xiàn)局域網(wǎng)內(nèi)任何一臺客戶端均可以通過瀏覽器實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控大機(jī)的工作狀態(tài),并能進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程節(jié)點(diǎn)的配置、歷史數(shù)據(jù)的回訪、遠(yuǎn)程驗(yàn)垛等功能。 該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在秦皇島港九公司投入運(yùn)行近1年,大機(jī)定位誤差范圍±1.5m,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:Stowers and pickers are large mobile equipment for loading and unloading bulk materials with high efficiency. They are mainly used in resource-intensive situations such as ports or mines, and for upgrading the entire port. The transportation efficiency of mines plays an important role. However, there are usually multiple stowers and takers working simultaneously in a yard. The traditional stacking and checking methods are done by means of manual communication, and the efficiency is low. Because of the error in the position of the main machine based on encoder due to the walking skidding, the collision fault between the adjacent stacker and the feeder also occurs from time to time. Based on this, this paper aims at six stowers and eight pickers of Qinhuangdao Port & Kowloon Company. A port large mobile equipment management system based on DGPS (pseudo-range differential positioning system) is designed. First of all, based on the investigation and analysis of the company's field equipment, combined with the development and application of the current GPS technology, a DGPS measurement scheme based on the base station and mobile station is proposed, and the base station GPS receiver is set at the fixed point. A mobile station GPS receiver is set up on the fixed part of the large computer and on the rotating arm to complete the accurate measurement of the DGPS of the single machine walking and rotating. The position information of each big computer is sent to the background server in real time by using the existing control network of the company. Complete the real-time positioning and management of large-scale mobile devices. Secondly, the hardware circuit of GPS receiver for base station and mobile station is designed. The 32-bit ARM chip STM32F103VET6 based on Cortex-M3 core is used as the main controller, and the industrial ENC28J60 chip is used as Ethernet controller. The hardware design of base station and mobile station is completed with the high precision OEMV-1G-1HZ GPS card produced by Novatai Company of Canada. Finally, using Visual C 6.0 visual programming tool, the program of GPS data acquisition and analysis is developed, and the relevant data information of large mobile devices is calculated and written into the SQL Server2008 database, and the anti-collision warning strategy is designed. By using Siemens WinCC configuration software, the visual upper computer system is developed, and the B / S structure is adopted to realize that any client in LAN can monitor the working state of the mainframe in real time through browser. And can carry on the remote node configuration, the historical data return visit, the remote check stack and so on function. The system has been put into operation in Qinhuangdao Port & Nine Company for nearly one year. The positioning error range of the mainframe is 鹵1.5 m, and good results have been obtained.
