【摘要】：城市公共交通作為一項(xiàng)公共事業(yè)，關(guān)系國計(jì)民生，舉足輕重，備受關(guān)注。近年來，隨著城鄉(xiāng)一體化的推進(jìn)，城市交通擁堵、環(huán)境污染、資源緊張等問題日益凸顯，為了更好地解決這些問題，城市公共交通一體化發(fā)展成為城市客運(yùn)交通的發(fā)展趨勢。城市軌道交通與常規(guī)公交一體化是城市公共交通一體化的具體表現(xiàn)形式，二者在管理、技術(shù)方面的有效協(xié)調(diào)、銜接，是實(shí)現(xiàn)城市公共交通一體化的關(guān)鍵。 本文在國內(nèi)大力發(fā)展和建設(shè)軌道交通的背景下，首先對國內(nèi)外城市公共交通一體化的理論和實(shí)踐研究進(jìn)行總結(jié)綜述，通過研究城市公共交通一體化發(fā)展環(huán)境、因素、理念、目標(biāo)，提出城市公共交通一體化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及發(fā)展對策，根據(jù)城市公共交通系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則及設(shè)計(jì)思路，具體研究軌道交通與常規(guī)公交的銜接與換乘的幾種方式。接著，，以西安市城市公共交通一體化發(fā)展作為實(shí)例研究，通過分析西安市城市總體規(guī)劃，結(jié)合西安市城市公共交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，針對西安市具體環(huán)境背景下的城市公共交通一體化作出適宜的發(fā)展規(guī)劃并制定西安市城市公共交通一體化管理方案，切實(shí)保障居民便利出行需求。最后，總結(jié)本論文主要研究結(jié)論之后，提出研究中還有待進(jìn)一步深化的若干問題及發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:As a public utility, urban public transport is of great importance and is of great concern. In recent years, with the development of urban and rural integration, urban traffic congestion, environmental pollution, resource shortage and other problems have become increasingly prominent. In order to solve these problems better, the integration of urban public transport has become the development trend of urban passenger transport. The integration of urban rail transit and conventional public transport is the concrete manifestation of the integration of urban public transport. The key to realize the integration of urban public transportation is the effective coordination and convergence of technology. Under the background of the development and construction of rail transit in China, this paper summarizes the theory and practice of urban public transport integration at home and abroad, and studies the development environment, factors and concepts of urban public transport integration. The aim is to put forward the development strategy and countermeasures of urban public transport integration. According to the design principles and ideas of urban public transport system, this paper studies several ways of connecting and transferring between rail transit and conventional public transport. Taking Xi'an city public transportation integration development as an example study, through analyzing Xi'an city master plan, combining Xi'an city public transportation development present situation, In view of the integration of urban public transport under the specific environment background of Xi'an city, this paper makes a suitable development plan and formulates the integrated management plan of Xi'an city public transport, so as to ensure the convenience of residents' travel needs. Finally, After summing up the main conclusions of this paper, some problems and development directions which need to be further deepened in the research are put forward.
