基于石灰?guī)r的瀝青混合料抗滑性能評價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著交通行業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,道路安全問題日益突出。研究表明,路面抗滑能力不足是引發(fā)道路交通事故的重要影響因素之一。通過設(shè)置抗滑表層能夠有效提高路面的抗滑性能,但針對抗滑表層的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、集料選用、評價(jià)指標(biāo)、試驗(yàn)設(shè)備等方面,國內(nèi)外均未有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,因此該領(lǐng)域仍有諸多問題需要進(jìn)一步研究。 首先,在國內(nèi)外抗滑表層相關(guān)資料的調(diào)研總結(jié)基礎(chǔ)上,分析瀝青路面抗滑性能形成機(jī)理以及影響因素。研制加速磨光試驗(yàn)裝置,嘗試采用橡膠板與瀝青混合料試件滑動摩擦的方式來增加摩擦面積,在盡可能模擬路面磨光效果的同時提高試驗(yàn)效率。重點(diǎn)介紹設(shè)備的預(yù)期性能目標(biāo)、技術(shù)參數(shù)、工作原理、構(gòu)造特征和使用方法。 其次,以石灰?guī)r為重點(diǎn)研究對象,進(jìn)行集料主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)試驗(yàn)。采用專家調(diào)查的方法分析集料特性對瀝青混合料抗滑耐磨性能的影響,并計(jì)算不同集料的抗滑耐磨綜合指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明集料各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)對瀝青混合料抗滑耐磨性能的貢獻(xiàn)排序?yàn)槟ス庵担灸ズ闹担緣核橹担緢?jiān)固性>集料密度>吸水率,,玄武巖的抗滑耐磨性能最好,石灰?guī)rA次之,石灰?guī)rB較差。 然后文章對瀝青混合料抗滑性能現(xiàn)有評價(jià)體系進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),采用研發(fā)的加速磨光試驗(yàn)裝置進(jìn)行AC-13型瀝青混合料的抗滑性能試驗(yàn),分別測量試件的擺式摩擦系數(shù)BPN和構(gòu)造深度TD來評價(jià)不同石料、不同級配的瀝青混合料的抗滑性能。結(jié)果表明:玄武巖比石灰?guī)r的瀝青混合料抗滑性能好,并且同一巖性的石料,物理力學(xué)特性較好,其瀝青混合料的抗滑性能更優(yōu);粗級配有利于提高瀝青混合料的抗滑性能。采用Y=aebX+c方程進(jìn)行回歸具有較好擬合效果,加速磨光的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)與其他室內(nèi)抗滑試驗(yàn)具有良好的關(guān)聯(lián)性。通過對現(xiàn)有路面摩擦系數(shù)檢測數(shù)據(jù)的調(diào)研,分析加速磨光試驗(yàn)與路面使用效果的相關(guān)性,建立路面抗滑性能GM(1,N)灰預(yù)測模型,以實(shí)現(xiàn)利用室內(nèi)加速磨光試驗(yàn)對實(shí)際路面不同使用時間的抗滑性能進(jìn)行預(yù)測及評價(jià)。 文章最后對石灰?guī)r在云南省龍瑞高速公路抗滑表層中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行效益分析,表明石灰?guī)r的應(yīng)用不僅能夠獲得良好的社會效益和環(huán)境效益,而在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益上工程總費(fèi)用可節(jié)省約2517.5萬元,平均每公里節(jié)省15.7萬元。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of traffic industry, the problem of road safety is becoming more and more serious. The research shows that the lack of anti-skid ability of pavement is one of the important factors causing road traffic accidents. The anti-skid layer can effectively improve the anti-skid performance of road surface. However, there is no uniform standard and specification for the structural form, aggregate selection, evaluation index, test equipment and so on, so there are still many problems in this field that need to be further studied. First of all, on the basis of the investigation and summarization of the relevant data of anti-skid surface at home and abroad, the formation mechanism of anti-skid performance of asphalt pavement and its influencing factors are analyzed, and the accelerated polishing test device is developed. This paper attempts to increase the friction area by sliding friction between rubber sheet and asphalt mixture, and to improve the test efficiency while simulating the surface polishing effect as much as possible. The expected performance objectives, technical parameters and working principle of the equipment are introduced emphatically. Construction features and usage methods. Secondly, taking limestone as the main research object, the main technical indexes of aggregate are tested, and the influence of aggregate characteristics on the skid resistance and wear resistance of asphalt mixture is analyzed by means of expert investigation. The results show that the contribution of aggregate indexes to the performance of asphalt mixture is in the order of grinding value > wear value > crushing value > solidity > aggregate density > water absorption. Basalt has the best skid and wear resistance, followed by limestone A and limestone B. Then the paper summarizes the existing evaluation system of asphalt mixture's anti-skid performance and uses the developed accelerated polishing test device to test the anti-skid performance of AC-13 asphalt mixture. The friction coefficient of pendulum type (BPN) and the depth of structure (TD) were measured to evaluate the skid resistance of asphalt mixture with different gradation and different gradation. The results show that basalt is better than limestone in the anti-slip performance of asphalt mixture. The asphalt mixture with the same lithology has better physical and mechanical properties, and its asphalt mixture has better skid resistance, the coarse gradation is helpful to improve the anti-skid performance of asphalt mixture, and the regression of YaoaebX _ c equation has a good fitting effect, and the coarse gradation is beneficial to the improvement of the anti-skid performance of asphalt mixture. The experimental data of accelerated polishing have good correlation with other indoor anti-skid tests. Through the investigation of existing pavement friction coefficient test data, the correlation between accelerated polishing test and pavement use effect is analyzed. A grey prediction model of pavement anti-skid performance (GM-1) is established in order to predict and evaluate the anti-skid performance of actual pavement with different service time by indoor accelerated polishing test. Finally, the benefit analysis of the application of limestone in anti-skid surface layer of Long Rui expressway in Yunnan Province shows that the application of limestone can not only obtain good social and environmental benefits. In terms of economic benefits, the total cost of the project can be saved about twenty-five million one hundred and seventy-five thousand yuan, with an average saving of 157,000 yuan per kilometre.
