鋼纖維混凝土橋面連續(xù)段力學性能參數(shù)分析

【摘要】:混凝土簡支梁橋大量采用主梁結(jié)構(gòu)簡支、橋面連續(xù)的構(gòu)造形式。但因梁端普通混凝土橋面連續(xù)段易于現(xiàn)橫向裂縫、破損等病害,加之維修養(yǎng)護不當,相當多的橋梁橋面行車狀況較差。針對混凝土簡支梁橋橋面連續(xù)段出現(xiàn)的病害,論文開展了鋼纖維混凝土橋面連續(xù)段加固方法研究。 在大量調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,論文基于結(jié)構(gòu)力學基本原理,根據(jù)工程中常用的混凝土簡支梁橋橋面連續(xù)的構(gòu)造特點,建立了橋面連續(xù)段結(jié)構(gòu)力學分析方法;根據(jù)我國公路橋梁常用的中小跨徑混凝土空心板(標準跨徑10、13、16、20m)、混凝土T型梁(10、13、16、20、30、40m)和混凝土小箱梁(20、30、40m)三種橋型在結(jié)構(gòu)簡支橋面連續(xù)構(gòu)造下,采用有限元方法分別建立了精細化橋面連續(xù)構(gòu)造的三維空間塊體數(shù)值分析模型;對不同的通用跨徑、梁高和本文擬定的鋼纖維混凝土段長度(5、25~200cm,按25cm遞增)與厚度(8、10、12cm)等設(shè)計參數(shù),,分析了不同參數(shù)組合下的橋面連續(xù)構(gòu)造在二期恒載和活載組合作用下的應(yīng)力狀態(tài);分別給出了鋼纖維橋面鋪裝橫截面拉應(yīng)力隨標準跨徑、梁高、鋼纖維橋面鋪裝段長度和厚度的變化規(guī)律;提出了與混凝土空心板、混凝土T型梁和混凝土小箱梁跨徑和梁高相對應(yīng)的鋼纖維混凝土橋面鋪裝層的合理設(shè)計長度和厚度的建議。 本文研究成果可供中小型混凝土簡支梁橋舊橋加固設(shè)計時參考。
[Abstract]:A large number of simple supported concrete bridges are constructed with simple support of main girder structure and continuous deck. However, because the continuous section of ordinary concrete deck at the end of beam is prone to transverse cracks, damage and other diseases, as well as improper maintenance and maintenance, Due to the failure of continuous section of concrete simply supported beam bridge, the reinforcement method of continuous section of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) deck is studied in this paper. On the basis of a great deal of investigation and research, based on the basic principle of structural mechanics and the structural characteristics of continuous deck of concrete simply supported beam bridge, the structural mechanics analysis method of continuous section of bridge deck is established. According to the three types of concrete hollow slabs with medium and small span (standard span 10131316m, concrete T-beam 10131316203040m) and concrete small box girder (2030m) which are commonly used in highway bridges in China, three kinds of bridges are under the continuous structure of simply supported bridge deck. By using finite element method, three dimensional block numerical analysis models of continuous structure of fine bridge deck are established, and the design parameters such as different general span, beam height and steel fiber reinforced concrete section length of 525 ~ 200cm, increasing by 25cm and thickness of 8101012cm) are established respectively by using the finite element method (FEM), and the design parameters such as the height of the beam and the length of the steel fiber reinforced concrete section drawn up in this paper are increased by 25cm. The stress state of continuous structure of bridge deck under the combination of dead load and live load under different parameters is analyzed, and the tensile stress of cross section of steel fiber deck pavement with standard span and beam height are given respectively. The length and thickness of steel fiber bridge deck pavement are changed, and the reasonable design length and thickness of steel fiber reinforced concrete deck pavement corresponding to the span and height of concrete hollow slab, concrete T-beam and concrete small box girder are put forward. The research results of this paper can be used for reference in the design of the old bridge of small and medium sized concrete simply supported beam bridge.
