【摘要】：隨著物流業(yè)在全球的興起,現代物流已經成為港口新的增長點。港口的定位已經不再局限于單純的運輸中轉節(jié)點,而是著眼于成為綜合物流中心,定位的轉變使港口功能發(fā)生了巨大變化,也使港口的服務范圍得到延伸,功能得到拓展,并逐漸形成了自己的物流系統(tǒng)——港口物流。雖然我國港口物流發(fā)展迅速,但由于起步晚、基礎差等原因,在發(fā)展過程中還存在著一些不足,特別是一些港口物流能力弱、效率低的問題已經阻礙了港口的發(fā)展。而實現港口物流的健康發(fā)展,不能僅僅追求利益最大化,還要有效利用港口的相關資源、保護港口自然環(huán)境。對港口物流進行評價不僅針對港口物流產生的利潤,還要兼顧港口物流效率。所以,研究港口物流能力和效率問題對提高港口企業(yè)的核心競爭力,從而帶動周邊地區(qū)經濟可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有非常重要的意義。 本論文簡要介紹了港口物流能力和效率相關概念,并在此基礎上,分析了國內外港口物流發(fā)展現狀,得出我國港口物流系統(tǒng)的特點和功能及目前存在問題,闡述了影響港口物流能力和效率的因素,通過借鑒國內外相關學者的研究成果著重構建了一套適合我國港口物流能力和效率的評價指標體系。首先,選取我國沿海主要的五大港口作為研究對象,通過層次分析法確定港口物流能力評價指標的權重,分別用TOPSIS法和灰色關聯分析法進行分析評價,從定量角度對各港口物流能力進行比較評價,為我國港口企業(yè)發(fā)展提供一定的理論依據。同時,論文對港口物流效率評價方面也進行了相關的探討,運用數據包絡分析二次相對評價法建立港口物流效率評價模型,選取九大港口作為研究對象,對其物流效率分別進行了評價,為我國港口效率的提高提出建議與意見。兩種評價模型都為各港口之間的橫向比較提供了一種方法,找出發(fā)展瓶頸,使港口能找到制約物流能力和效率的限制因素,有利于我國港口的資源配置優(yōu)化,加大港口競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the rise of logistics industry in the world, modern logistics has become a new growth point of port. The change of orientation has changed the port function greatly, extended the service range and expanded the function of the port, and gradually formed its own logistics system-port logistics, although the port logistics has developed rapidly in our country. However, due to the late start and poor foundation, there are still some shortcomings in the development process, especially the weak capacity and low efficiency of port logistics, which has hindered the development of the port, and realized the healthy development of port logistics. The evaluation of port logistics not only aims at the profit generated by port logistics, but also takes account of the efficiency of port logistics. The study of port logistics capability and efficiency is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of port enterprises and promote the sustainable economic development of surrounding areas. This paper briefly introduces the concepts of port logistics capacity and efficiency, and on this basis, analyzes the current situation of port logistics development at home and abroad, and concludes the characteristics and functions of port logistics system in China and the existing problems. This paper expounds the factors that affect the capacity and efficiency of port logistics, and focuses on constructing a set of evaluation index system suitable for port logistics capacity and efficiency of our country by referring to the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad. Five major ports along the coast of our country are selected as the research objects. The weight of the evaluation index of port logistics capacity is determined by AHP, and the weight of the evaluation index is analyzed and evaluated by TOPSIS method and grey relational analysis method, respectively. The comparative evaluation of port logistics capacity from a quantitative point of view provides a theoretical basis for the development of port enterprises in China. At the same time, the paper also discusses the evaluation of port logistics efficiency. The evaluation model of port logistics efficiency is established by using the method of data envelopment analysis and quadratic relative evaluation. Nine major ports are selected as the research objects, and their logistics efficiency is evaluated respectively. The two evaluation models provide a method for the horizontal comparison between ports, find out the bottleneck of development, and enable the port to find the restrictive factors that restrict the logistics capacity and efficiency. It is beneficial to optimize the resource allocation of our ports and increase the competitiveness of our ports.
