【摘要】:通過8根梁的試驗研究預(yù)應(yīng)力活性粉末混凝土簡支梁的正截面受彎機理。開展試塊的抗壓、抗折強度及彈性模量等力學(xué)性能分析,進行梁的正截面承載力計算值(試驗值)與理論值的對比研究。結(jié)果表明,無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力活性粉末混凝土梁的受彎過程主要分為彈性、裂縫擴展、纖維增強和破壞4個階段,RPC在彈性階段發(fā)揮了一定的抗拉作用,鋼纖維的阻裂增強作用延緩了裂縫的開展;提出了活性粉末混凝土梁正截面承載力的計算簡圖。
[Abstract]:The flexural mechanism of normal section of simply supported prestressed reactive powder concrete beams was studied through the tests of 8 beams. The mechanical properties of the specimens such as compressive strength, flexural strength and elastic modulus were analyzed. The results show that the flexural process of unbonded prestressed reactive powder concrete beams is mainly divided into elastic and crack propagation. In the elastic stage, the fiber reinforced and destroyed RPC plays a certain role in tensile resistance, and the crack resistance and enhancement of steel fiber delay the crack development, and the calculation diagram of the normal section bearing capacity of the reactive powder concrete beam is presented.
