基于配重優(yōu)化的黃河桃花峪大橋成橋狀態(tài)與體系轉(zhuǎn)換方案研究

【摘要】:近些年來,自錨式懸索橋憑借其跨越能力大、造型美觀和適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)在國內(nèi)越來越受工程師們的青睞。由于結(jié)構(gòu)受力和施工工藝的特點(diǎn),多數(shù)自錨式懸索橋在加勁梁的錨固段和主塔處加勁梁內(nèi)實(shí)施了不同方式的配重。本文以黃河桃花峪大橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘?并結(jié)合該橋配重的具體實(shí)施情況,借助大型有限元軟件MIDAS CIVIL,就主塔處加勁梁的配重優(yōu)化(配重取消)前后,對(duì)黃河桃花峪大橋的成橋狀態(tài)及體系轉(zhuǎn)換等問題進(jìn)行了探討,其主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:(1)擬定了主塔加勁梁內(nèi)配重取消的原則,即取消配重前后主塔處梁底支座反力基本一致、取消配重后吊桿及吊桿在加勁梁上的錨固結(jié)構(gòu)受力合理、取消配重后加勁梁的線形及應(yīng)力滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。(2)研究確定了黃河桃花峪大橋主塔處取消配重后的合理成橋狀態(tài)。通過釋放主塔附近幾對(duì)吊桿的索力,讓主塔處加勁梁的部分自重替代原有的配重,進(jìn)而確定了取消配重后的黃河桃花峪大橋的合理成橋狀態(tài),并給出了該成橋狀態(tài)下主纜無應(yīng)力長度、吊索無應(yīng)力長度和各吊索的成橋索力。(3)研究確定了取消配重后的黃河桃花峪大橋的合理體系轉(zhuǎn)換方案。針對(duì)自錨式懸索橋體系轉(zhuǎn)換施工的受力特點(diǎn),遵循體系轉(zhuǎn)換的六個(gè)原則,研究了黃河桃花峪大橋取消主塔處配重后“吊索張拉法”體系轉(zhuǎn)換的各種可行方案,并確定了最優(yōu)方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the self anchored suspension bridge with its large span capacity, characteristic of beautiful shape and strong adaptability more engineers favor in China more and more.
