【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展和推進(jìn),港口企業(yè)在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行中的地位日益突出,港口企業(yè)的發(fā)展越來越受到國家的重視。由于港口企業(yè)是一個(gè)貨物繁多,機(jī)械設(shè)備大型化、自動(dòng)化,裝卸過程復(fù)雜的企業(yè),在生產(chǎn)過程中存在大量的安全隱患。由于人和機(jī)械長時(shí)間的接觸容易發(fā)生安全事故,為了保證人們在生產(chǎn)過程中處于安全的狀態(tài),企業(yè)在進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)源辨識、評價(jià)、隱患排查治理等工作中存在信息量大、統(tǒng)計(jì)匯總困難。針對這些問題港口企業(yè)運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)的安全管理模式和方法遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)達(dá)不到企業(yè)發(fā)展的要求,而且還會漏掉很多重要的信息,從而給企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來較大的影響。在信息和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的背景下,安全管理的現(xiàn)代化、信息化必將成為港口建設(shè)的重要目標(biāo)之一。港口企業(yè)安全管理的信息化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。企業(yè)在進(jìn)行安全管理信息化建設(shè)時(shí)首先對其進(jìn)行可行性研究,根據(jù)企業(yè)本身的發(fā)展情況和需求,全面分析安全管理信息化建設(shè)的重要性和面臨的一些問題。采取一些先進(jìn)的技術(shù)手段,如網(wǎng)絡(luò)交班系統(tǒng)和微信安全管理平臺的建立,加強(qiáng)企業(yè)的安全管理,全面實(shí)現(xiàn)車間的信息化建設(shè)。面對信息化建設(shè)過程中發(fā)生的問題和困難,對其解決的措施進(jìn)行實(shí)施分析,對港口企業(yè)進(jìn)行總體規(guī)劃,分層次以典型來帶動(dòng)企業(yè)的信息化建設(shè)并建立一個(gè)良好的培訓(xùn)體系和發(fā)展環(huán)境,使港口全面實(shí)施信息化管理。
[Abstract]:With the development and promotion of economic globalization, the status of port enterprises in the operation of world economy is increasingly prominent, and the development of port enterprises is paid more and more attention by the state. Enterprises with complex automation and loading and unloading process have a large number of safety risks in the process of production. Because people and machinery contact for a long time prone to safety accidents, in order to ensure that people in the production process in a safe state, In the work of hazard source identification, evaluation, hidden danger detection and management, enterprises have large amount of information and difficult to collect statistics. In view of these problems, the traditional safety management models and methods used by port enterprises are far from meeting the requirements of enterprise development. In addition, many important information will be left out, which will have a great impact on the development of enterprises. In the context of the rapid development of information and network technology and the integration of the global economy, the modernization of security management, Informatization will become one of the important targets of port construction. The information construction of port enterprise safety management has become the goal of long-term development of enterprises. According to the development and demand of the enterprise itself, the importance and problems of the information construction of security management are comprehensively analyzed, and some advanced technical means, such as the establishment of the network shift system and the security management platform of WeChat, are adopted. Strengthen the safety management of the enterprise, realize the information construction of the workshop in an all-round way. In the face of the problems and difficulties in the process of the information construction, carry out the analysis of the measures to solve it, and carry out the overall plan for the port enterprise. In order to carry out the information management of the port, it is necessary to build up a good training system and development environment.
