【摘要】：現(xiàn)代工程建設(shè)生產(chǎn),特別是大中型項目由于其生產(chǎn)周期長,涉及范圍廣,工種多而繁,工序常交叉,技術(shù)復(fù)雜,施工人員多,加之作業(yè)環(huán)境等影響,使得工程質(zhì)量與安全成為了社會、政府、施工企業(yè)普遍關(guān)注的問題。目前我國大多數(shù)施工企業(yè)在工程項目質(zhì)量與安全方面的管理形式和涉及的諸多問題不容樂觀,特別是對我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)有著重要影響的交通道路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的工程項目。由于交通道路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)工程項目的施工質(zhì)量與安全問題越來越受到廣大社會的普遍關(guān)注,所以其工程建設(shè)的質(zhì)量與安全狀態(tài)的優(yōu)劣不僅關(guān)系工程建設(shè)的成敗與項目效益的好壞,更重要的是對人民生命財產(chǎn)安全及社會的問題產(chǎn)生著重要的影響。本文的撰寫研究正是在此背景情況下,在結(jié)合本人所實際從事的交通道路設(shè)施建設(shè)與管理工作的基礎(chǔ)上,參照目前道路建設(shè)工程在施工建設(shè)階段質(zhì)量與安全的特點,從系統(tǒng)化的角度構(gòu)建質(zhì)量與安全方面管理體系,并輔以實際的道路建設(shè)工程項目案例進行探討、研究和分析。本文共分六個章節(jié)的內(nèi)容,論文首先根據(jù)研究的需要對本文研究的背景、意義和國內(nèi)外研究及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了簡要的梳理,并概述了論文的研究的內(nèi)容、方法及框架路線;緊接著根據(jù)論文撰寫的需要對項目質(zhì)量與安全管理相關(guān)理論進行了綜述,為論文后續(xù)的研究展開奠定了一定的基礎(chǔ);然后引出論文研究的實際案例,在全面對CD貨運大道市政工程建設(shè)項目概況進行闡述的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步分析了項目的組織機構(gòu)和工作分解結(jié)構(gòu),探討了項目的質(zhì)量與安全管理現(xiàn)狀,為后續(xù)重點研究其質(zhì)量與安全管理進行了鋪墊;再然后就是本文撰寫研究的重點,即展開CD貨運大道市政工程項目質(zhì)量與安全管理方面的研究分析,論文在剖析了路施工建設(shè)工程項目質(zhì)量與安全問題成因的基礎(chǔ)上梳理了項目質(zhì)量與安全管理的過程,并構(gòu)建CD貨運大道市政工程項目質(zhì)量與安全方面的管理保障體系,另外還提出相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量改進和安全保障措施進一步完善了論文研究分析的要點。最后則是結(jié)論部分,是論文對提出CD貨運大道市政工程項目質(zhì)量與安全研究的主要結(jié)論。總的來說,本文的撰寫研究希望通過針對CD貨運大道市政工程項目質(zhì)量與安全管理方面的研究和分析能為本企業(yè)或其他企業(yè)類似的道路建設(shè)工程項目的質(zhì)量與安全管理提供思路和指導(dǎo),有著積極的意義。
[Abstract]:Modern engineering construction and production, especially large and medium-sized projects, are affected by their long production cycle, wide range of work, numerous types of work, frequent crossover of processes, complex technology, large number of construction personnel, and working environment, etc. Engineering quality and safety have become a common concern of the society, government and construction enterprises. At present, most construction enterprises in our country are not optimistic about the management forms and problems involved in the quality and safety of construction projects. Especially, the construction quality and safety of the traffic road infrastructure, which has an important impact on the modernization of our country, has been paid more and more attention to by the general society because of the construction quality and safety of the traffic road infrastructure construction project. Therefore, the quality and safety state of the project construction is not only related to the success or failure of the project construction, but also to the good or bad of the project benefit. What is more important is that it has an important impact on the safety of people's lives and property and the problems of society. It is in this context that this paper is written and studied on the basis of the construction and management of traffic road facilities that I have actually engaged in. Referring to the characteristics of quality and safety in the construction stage of road construction project at present, the management system of quality and safety is constructed from a systematic perspective, and the actual road construction project case is discussed. Research and analysis. This paper is divided into six chapters. Firstly, according to the needs of the research, the paper briefly combs the background, significance, research and development status of this paper, and summarizes the content of the research. Methods and framework route; then according to the need of writing the project quality and safety management theory summarized, for the subsequent study of the paper laid a certain foundation; then leads to the actual case study, On the basis of expounding the general situation of the municipal construction project of CD freight road, this paper further analyzes the organization and work breakdown structure of the project, and probes into the present situation of the quality and safety management of the project. It paves the way for further research on quality and safety management, and then it is the focus of this paper, that is, the research and analysis on quality and safety management of municipal engineering project of CD freight road. On the basis of analyzing the causes of the quality and safety problems in the road construction project, the paper combs the process of project quality and safety management, and constructs the management guarantee system of CD freight road municipal project quality and safety. In addition, the corresponding quality improvement and safety measures are put forward to further improve the main points of the research and analysis of the paper. Finally, it is the conclusion part. It is the main conclusion of the paper to put forward the quality and safety research of the municipal engineering project of CD freight road. The author of this paper hopes that through the research and analysis on quality and safety management of municipal engineering project of CD freight road, it can provide ideas and guidance for the quality and safety management of similar road construction projects in our enterprise or other enterprises.
