【摘要】：為了建立科學(xué)的耐久性瀝青路面設(shè)計(jì)新思想,通過(guò)力學(xué)分析探究了瀝青路面近表面的應(yīng)力分布特征,論證了以路表荷載作用區(qū)邊緣作為瀝青路面破壞源的合理性。針對(duì)中國(guó)現(xiàn)行瀝青路面疲勞設(shè)計(jì)方法的缺陷,開(kāi)展了瀝青混合料疲勞試驗(yàn),在考慮加載速度影響的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了以真實(shí)應(yīng)力比表征的瀝青混合料疲勞方程。結(jié)合中國(guó)瀝青路面各結(jié)構(gòu)層設(shè)計(jì)壽命相等所誘發(fā)的問(wèn)題以及實(shí)際瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞特征,提出了各結(jié)構(gòu)層自上而下設(shè)計(jì)壽命遞增的瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)新思想和耐久性瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)新理念。結(jié)果表明:瀝青面層近表面是其真正的破壞源;基于真實(shí)應(yīng)力比的疲勞方程反映了材料的本質(zhì)特征;耐久性瀝青路面的各結(jié)構(gòu)層應(yīng)采用疲勞壽命遞增的方法進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In order to establish a new scientific design idea of durable asphalt pavement, the stress distribution characteristics near the surface of asphalt pavement are studied through mechanical analysis. This paper demonstrates the rationality of using the edge of the road surface load zone as the source of asphalt pavement damage. Aiming at the defects of the current asphalt pavement fatigue design method in China, the asphalt mixture fatigue test is carried out, on the basis of considering the effect of loading speed. The fatigue equation of asphalt mixture characterized by true stress ratio is established. The problems caused by the equal design life of each structure layer of asphalt pavement in China and the failure characteristics of actual asphalt pavement structure are established. A new idea of asphalt pavement structure design with increasing design life from top to bottom and a new concept of durability asphalt pavement structure design are put forward. The results show that the near surface of asphalt pavement is the real source of damage. The fatigue equation based on the true stress ratio reflects the essential characteristics of the material, and the structural layers of the asphalt pavement should be designed by the method of increasing fatigue life.
