【摘要】：為明確理解天然瀝青改性瀝青分子量分布特征與瀝青宏觀技術(shù)性能之間的聯(lián)系,采用凝膠色譜方法分析不同摻量天然瀝青改性瀝青的重均分子量、數(shù)均分子量、峰值分子量和分散系數(shù)等分子量分布特征。開(kāi)展室內(nèi)針入度、軟化點(diǎn),粘度和旋轉(zhuǎn)薄膜烘箱老化等實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)天然瀝青改性瀝青的路用性能特性。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,天然瀝青的摻入使改性瀝青的分子量在較小分子量M1 000范圍內(nèi)減小;在中等分子量范圍內(nèi)(1 000~6 000)增加明顯。重均分子量與M4 000的小分子量組分含量與針入度、軟化點(diǎn)和粘度具有良好的線性關(guān)系。隨著天然瀝青摻量的增加,改性瀝青的重均分子量和數(shù)均分子量逐漸增大,宏觀上體現(xiàn)為瀝青的高溫穩(wěn)定性得到改善。
[Abstract]:In order to clearly understand the relationship between the molecular weight distribution characteristics of natural asphalt modified asphalt and the macroscopic technical properties of asphalt, the weight average molecular weight and number average molecular weight of natural asphalt modified asphalt with different contents were analyzed by gel chromatography. The characteristics of molecular weight distribution such as peak molecular weight and dispersion coefficient. The indoor penetration, softening point, viscosity and rotative film oven aging were carried out to evaluate the pavement performance of natural asphalt modified asphalt. The addition of natural asphalt reduced the molecular weight of modified asphalt in the range of M1000 and increased significantly in the range of moderate molecular weight. The weight average molecular weight and the content and penetration of the small molecular weight of M4 000 were increased obviously. The softening point and viscosity have a good linear relationship. With the increase of the content of natural asphalt, the weight average molecular weight and the number average molecular weight of modified asphalt increase gradually, and macroscopically, the high temperature stability of modified asphalt is improved.
