【摘要】：我國經(jīng)濟的快速增長,能源需求量不斷上升,對LNG的需求量也不斷增長。為了解決國內(nèi)LNG能源供應不足的局面,近年來在沿海港口規(guī)劃建設了許多LNG接收站,其中大連LNG接收站就是眾多項目之一。本文正是從大連LNG項目的角度出發(fā)研究庫存路徑問題的。鑒于庫存路徑問題是導致LNG供應鏈物流系統(tǒng)成本過高的主要問題,是關系如何協(xié)調(diào)LNG進口國和LNG出口國之間戰(zhàn)略合作,實現(xiàn)天然氣資源有效配置和物流成本有效控制的核心問題,本文致力于對大連LNG項目所存在的庫存路徑問題從整個供應鏈角度進行優(yōu)化,以降低LNG進口成本,實現(xiàn)國內(nèi)能源的經(jīng)濟性和可持續(xù)性發(fā)展為最終目標。 通過對國內(nèi)外有關LNG海上庫存路徑問題相關理論的研究分析發(fā)現(xiàn),國外已有較多學者對該問題進行了研究,并取得一定成果,而國內(nèi)不僅在此庫存路徑方面理論研究還是物流策略的實際應用中都比較薄弱處于起步階段。因此,以大連為例的對LNG海上庫存路徑問題的深入研究作為研究目標,本文的研究內(nèi)容將從以下幾個方面入手。 首先分析總結國內(nèi)外研究文獻綜述,明確LNG海上庫存路徑問題的研究特性和當前研究中所存在的不足之處,重點考慮LNG與其他貨種相比的海上運輸方式的特殊性,確定了本文以多周期、需求確定、航線固定等條件下的LNG海上庫存路徑問題作為研究方向。其次從對大連進口LNG國際環(huán)境入手,不僅考慮到國際環(huán)境改變對LNG庫存路徑規(guī)劃的影響,還考慮到國內(nèi)LNG項目建設進程對該問題的影響。然后通過對大連LNG庫存路徑問題的主要方面將進行分析,結合大連LNG海上運輸庫存特點,對所存在的庫存路徑問題進行描述,建立整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型。在相關假設條件基礎上,根據(jù)所設立的目標函數(shù)使LNG海上庫存路徑總成本費用最小,并依據(jù)具體項目中所需要存在的假設條件,求解最優(yōu)規(guī)劃方案。在搜集大量數(shù)據(jù)資料之后,應用lingo11對該模型求解,求得符合目標函數(shù)的最優(yōu)規(guī)劃方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of our country, the energy demand is rising, and the demand for LNG is also increasing. In order to solve the shortage of domestic LNG energy supply, many LNG receiving stations have been planned and built in coastal ports in recent years. The Dalian LNG receiving station is one of the many projects. This paper studies the inventory path problem from the point of view of Dalian LNG project. In view of the inventory path problem is the main problem that leads to the high cost of LNG supply chain logistics system. It is the core problem of how to coordinate the strategic cooperation between LNG importing countries and LNG exporters, and realize the effective allocation of natural gas resources and the effective control of logistics costs. This paper focuses on optimizing the inventory path of Dalian LNG project from the point of view of the whole supply chain in order to reduce the import cost of LNG and realize the economic and sustainable development of domestic energy. Through the research and analysis of the related theories about the LNG marine inventory routing problem at home and abroad, it is found that many foreign scholars have carried out research on the problem, and have achieved certain results. However, in China, not only the theoretical research on the inventory path but also the practical application of logistics strategy are relatively weak in the initial stage. Therefore, taking Dalian as an example, the in-depth research on the LNG offshore inventory routing problem is taken as the research goal. The research content of this paper will start from the following several aspects. First of all, it analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature review, clarifies the research characteristics of the LNG marine inventory routing problem and the shortcomings of the current research, and focuses on considering the particularity of the maritime transport mode of LNG compared with other cargo types. It is determined that the research direction of this paper is the LNG marine inventory routing problem under the conditions of multi-period, demand determination, fixed route and so on. Secondly, the paper starts with the international environment of Dalian import LNG. Not only considering the influence of the international environment change on the LNG inventory path planning, but also considering the impact of the domestic LNG project construction process on this issue. Then, through the analysis of the main aspects of Dalian LNG inventory path problem, Combined with the characteristics of Dalian LNG marine transportation inventory, this paper describes the inventory path problem and establishes an integer programming model. On the basis of the relevant assumptions, the total cost of the LNG offshore inventory path is minimized according to the established objective function. The optimal programming scheme is solved according to the hypothetical conditions needed in the project. After collecting a large amount of data, the model is solved by using lingo11, and the optimal programming scheme which accords with the objective function is obtained.
