【摘要】：隨著我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,農(nóng)業(yè)和食品加工行業(yè)進(jìn)一步改善人民生活,國內(nèi)食用油產(chǎn)量逐年增加。本文在充分分析散糧物流發(fā)展背景基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合全球散糧貨源發(fā)展趨勢,對未來幾年國際散糧貨源形勢進(jìn)行了初步預(yù)測。在詳細(xì)介紹天津港X公司發(fā)展基本情況基礎(chǔ)上,有針對性的在泊位承載能力現(xiàn)狀、岸邊裝卸設(shè)備現(xiàn)狀、散糧船舶現(xiàn)狀和預(yù)測分析三個方面對該公司設(shè)施能力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析;在散糧裝卸作業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、散糧裝卸作業(yè)基本流程以及存在問題分析三個方面對該公司散糧裝卸能力現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,同時分析了該公司在倉儲和分撥能力現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題。論文在此基礎(chǔ)上對天津港和天津港X公司散糧物流吞吐能力發(fā)展進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,客觀科學(xué)的評價(jià)天津港和天津港X公司散糧物流吞吐能力發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅等方面,運(yùn)用一系列管理預(yù)測方法對天津港和天津港該公司散糧吞吐量進(jìn)行了分析預(yù)測,結(jié)合內(nèi)部主觀因素和外部客觀因素,得出了該公司散糧物流吞吐能力提升過程中存在的問題,結(jié)合找出的問題和困難給出了有針對性的相應(yīng)措施,并對散糧物流吞吐能力提升后的效果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。通過對天津港X公司散糧物流吞吐能力分析與提升的研究,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)天津港向國際散糧物流重要中轉(zhuǎn)節(jié)點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)型,加速向國際散糧物流中心、區(qū)域散糧貿(mào)易中心邁進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of regional economy in China, agriculture and food processing industry have further improved people's living standards, and domestic edible oil production has been increasing year by year. Based on the full analysis of the development background of bulk grain logistics, this paper combines the development trend of global bulk grain supply sources. The situation of international bulk grain supply in the next few years is preliminarily forecasted. On the basis of introducing the basic development situation of Tianjin Port X Company in detail, the present situation of carrying capacity in berth, the current situation of loading and unloading equipment on shore, The present situation and forecast analysis of bulk grain vessels are analyzed in three aspects: the present situation of facilities capacity of the company, the present situation of bulk grain loading and unloading operations, The basic flow of bulk grain loading and unloading and the existing problems are analyzed in three aspects: the present situation of bulk grain handling capacity of the company. At the same time, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the storage and allocation capacity of the company. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the development of bulk grain logistics capacity of Tianjin Port and Tianjin Port X Company by SWOT. Objectively and scientifically evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the development of bulk grain handling capacity of Tianjin Port and Tianjin Port X Company. A series of management forecasting methods are used to analyze and forecast the bulk grain throughput of Tianjin Port and Tianjin Port. Combined with internal subjective factors and external and objective factors, the problems existing in the process of enhancing the bulk grain logistics throughput capacity of the company are obtained. Combined with the problems and difficulties, the corresponding measures are given, and the effect of bulk grain logistics capacity improvement is verified. Through the analysis and promotion of bulk grain logistics capacity of Tianjin Port X Company, It can realize the transition from Tianjin Port to the important transit node of international bulk grain logistics and accelerate the transition to international bulk grain logistics center and regional bulk grain trade center.
