【摘要】：分析了現(xiàn)有公路功能分類存在的不足問題和當(dāng)前公路功能復(fù)雜化的發(fā)展挑戰(zhàn),以蘇南地區(qū)路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃運(yùn)營情況進(jìn)行剖析,闡述公路功能分類研究的必要性。借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)公路功能分類理論研究和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合我國公路發(fā)展環(huán)境和要求,以江蘇為例,提出了與新型城鎮(zhèn)化相應(yīng)的公路功能分類體系,并結(jié)合蘇虞張公路歷次改建對(duì)公路功能分類應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了例證,最后對(duì)公路管理事權(quán)劃分、公路規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、養(yǎng)護(hù)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)都提出了進(jìn)一步的研究展望。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the existing classification of highway function and the development challenges of the current highway function complexity, and analyzes the planning and operation of the road network in southern Jiangsu Province. This paper expounds the necessity of the research on highway function classification, draws lessons from the theoretical research and practical experience of highway function classification in developed countries and regions, and takes Jiangsu Province as an example, combining with the highway development environment and requirements of our country. This paper puts forward the classification system of highway function corresponding to the new type of urbanization, and illustrates the classification and application of highway function combined with the successive reconstruction of Su Yu Zhang highway. Finally, the classification of highway management authority, highway planning and design standard are given. The standards of maintenance and management all put forward the prospect of further research.
