鋼絲脆斷后鋼絞線吊桿對(duì)稱斷絲力學(xué)行為

【摘要】:基于斷絲前后吊桿兩端邊界位移約束條件不變的相容條件,確立對(duì)稱鋼絲脆斷后鋼絞線吊桿截面內(nèi)力重分布規(guī)律,并推導(dǎo)對(duì)稱斷絲后鋼絲應(yīng)變與影響長(zhǎng)度、吊桿拉力損失率之間的關(guān)系表達(dá)式.結(jié)果表明:對(duì)稱斷絲后,在影響長(zhǎng)度內(nèi)各鋼絲拉力分布不均勻,與斷絲相鄰的外層未斷鋼絲拉力增大,而與斷絲相對(duì)的鋼絲拉力減小,其余鋼絲拉力變化不顯著;在影響長(zhǎng)度外,各鋼絲拉力分布又變?yōu)榫鶆?隨到斷裂處距離的增加,斷絲拉力呈指數(shù)或線性增加,而與斷絲相鄰鋼絲則呈指數(shù)或線性衰減.在影響長(zhǎng)度范圍內(nèi),鋼絞線拉力損失率基本為一限值,略低于鋼絞線內(nèi)鋼絲斷絲率,而護(hù)套握裹力、摩擦力等對(duì)吊桿內(nèi)力重分布影響顯著.
[Abstract]:Based on the consistent condition that the boundary displacement of the suspension rod before and after breaking is invariant, the internal force redistribution law of the suspension rod section after the breakage of symmetrical steel wire is established, and the strain and the influence length of the steel wire after the symmetrical wire break are deduced. The results show that after symmetrical wire breaking, the tensile force distribution of each wire is not uniform, the tensile force of the outer layer adjacent to the broken wire increases, while the wire tension relative to the broken wire decreases. Besides the influence length, the tensile force distribution of each wire becomes uniform. With the increase of distance from fracture to fracture, the tensile force of broken wire increases exponentially or linearly. In the range of influence length, the loss rate of tensile force of steel strand is basically a limited value, which is slightly lower than that of wire break rate in steel strand, and the holding force of sheath, Friction has a significant effect on the redistribution of the internal force of the suspender.
