【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷普及和電子商務(wù)的飛速發(fā)展,使物流業(yè)在第三產(chǎn)業(yè)當(dāng)中占據(jù)著越來越大的比重。車輛運(yùn)輸作為物流中主要的貨運(yùn)方式,對整個(gè)物流供應(yīng)鏈的運(yùn)作有著巨大的影響。然而在車輛運(yùn)輸?shù)倪^程中,司機(jī)不按規(guī)定路線駕駛的行為給企業(yè)帶來不小的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。為了能監(jiān)管車輛的行駛過程,企業(yè)需要對車輛進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的、遠(yuǎn)程的監(jiān)控,F(xiàn)有的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)雖然能獲取到車輛的位置和行駛路徑,但是需要由監(jiān)控人員進(jìn)行查看分析。隨著運(yùn)營車輛的增多,這種模式不僅造成企業(yè)人力資源成本的增加,也耗費(fèi)了監(jiān)控人員大量的精力。在長距離運(yùn)輸?shù)倪^程中,車輛不可避免會遇到交通事故。當(dāng)事故比較嚴(yán)重時(shí),司機(jī)往往會失去呼救能力,當(dāng)出現(xiàn)這種情況現(xiàn)有的監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)卻無法得知,從而錯(cuò)過了最佳的救援時(shí)間。 為了解決上述的問題,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套開發(fā)成本低,擴(kuò)展性好,可靠性高的運(yùn)輸車輛狀態(tài)監(jiān)管系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)具有對車輛行駛路徑及安全狀態(tài)的自動檢測及報(bào)警功能。另外,由車載終端自行進(jìn)行狀態(tài)檢測、判斷與報(bào)警的運(yùn)行模式,改變了傳統(tǒng)以監(jiān)控人員對車輛進(jìn)行監(jiān)視和分析的模式,從而降低了人力資源成本,提高了系統(tǒng)的智能性。 本論文以當(dāng)前物流車輛運(yùn)輸存在的主要問題為項(xiàng)目背景,首先介紹了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外物流運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,然后分析了現(xiàn)有車輛監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的缺陷,接著對本系統(tǒng)需要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能和目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了需求分析。文章分別從硬件和軟件的方面對本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了論述,并通過實(shí)際的實(shí)驗(yàn)操作對本系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。 系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)主要從GSM/GPS芯片、單片機(jī)控制器、以及輸入輸出接口等方面進(jìn)行論述。文中對系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)原理和工作過程進(jìn)行介紹,同時(shí)給出了部分核心電路圖。 系統(tǒng)軟件主要闡述了狀態(tài)檢測、數(shù)據(jù)采集與發(fā)送和監(jiān)控中心等部分的軟件設(shè)計(jì),給出了核心源代碼并分析了其工作流程。 系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)完成后,通過實(shí)際試驗(yàn)測試,結(jié)果表明本文設(shè)計(jì)的運(yùn)輸車輛狀態(tài)監(jiān)管系統(tǒng)報(bào)警準(zhǔn)確,,工作穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet and the rapid development of e - commerce , the logistics industry occupies an increasingly large proportion in the tertiary industry . In the process of vehicle transportation , the driver does not drive the whole logistics supply chain . In order to monitor the running process of the vehicle , the enterprise needs to monitor the whole logistics supply chain . In order to monitor the running process of the vehicle , the enterprise needs to monitor the vehicle in real time . In order to solve the above problems , the paper designs a system for monitoring the state of transportation vehicles with low development cost , good expansibility and high reliability . The system has automatic detection and alarm function for the vehicle running path and the safety state . In addition , the vehicle - mounted terminal automatically performs state detection , judgment and alarm operation mode , changes the traditional mode of monitoring and analyzing the vehicle by the monitoring personnel , thus reducing the human resource cost and improving the intelligence of the system . This paper introduces the current situation of logistics transportation at home and abroad , then analyzes the defects of the existing vehicle monitoring system , then analyzes the function and the target that the system needs to realize . The paper discusses the design of the system from the aspects of hardware and software , and verifies the system through actual experimental operation . The hardware design of the system is mainly discussed from the aspects of GSM / GPS chip , single chip controller and input / output interface . The realization principle and working process of each functional module of the system are introduced , and some core circuit diagrams are also given . The system software mainly expounds the software design of the state detection , data acquisition and transmission and monitoring center , and gives the core source code and analyzes its workflow . After the system design is completed , the actual test results show that the system designed in this paper is accurate in alarm and stable in operation .
