高等級(jí)公路貧混凝土基層瀝青路面研究

【摘要】:貧混凝土基層瀝青路面兼?zhèn)錇r青混凝土和水泥混凝土兩者的優(yōu)點(diǎn),剛?cè)嵯酀?jì),承載力高,能較好適應(yīng)目前大流量交通和重載交通的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),因此越來越多的應(yīng)用到了高速公路路面結(jié)構(gòu)中。為了發(fā)展和推廣新的路面形式,進(jìn)行貧混凝土基層瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)的研究,,具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文的研究主要針對(duì)于高等級(jí)公路的貧混凝土基層瀝青路面。 首先,分析了貧混凝土基層材料的力學(xué)特性,通過分析貧混凝土基層瀝青路面的主要破壞形式,提出對(duì)這種結(jié)構(gòu)的特性的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),即:瀝青面層層底拉應(yīng)力、拉應(yīng)變,貧混凝土基層層底拉應(yīng)力,底基層層底拉應(yīng)力,路表彎沉,面層剪應(yīng)力、剪應(yīng)變與路基頂面壓應(yīng)變八個(gè)力學(xué)指標(biāo),并得出沿路面結(jié)構(gòu)深度的各力學(xué)指標(biāo)的最不利計(jì)算位置。 其次,選取面層模量和厚度、基層模量和厚度、底基層模量和厚度、路基模量和軸載等12個(gè)因素,通過正交分析法得出了每個(gè)因素對(duì)各力學(xué)指標(biāo)影響程度的順序。 再次,對(duì)貧混凝土基層厚度和模量、瀝青面層厚度和模量、水泥穩(wěn)定碎石底基層厚度以及軸載對(duì)路面結(jié)構(gòu)各力學(xué)指標(biāo)的影響進(jìn)行了詳盡的計(jì)算分析,得出各自的影響規(guī)律。通過對(duì)貧混凝土基層瀝青路面缺陷的分析,推薦設(shè)置橡膠瀝青防裂夾層做為改善措施。運(yùn)用通用有限元軟件ABAQUS分析了設(shè)置防裂夾層對(duì)貧混凝土基層瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力的影響規(guī)律,為結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供了重要依據(jù)。 最后,通過分析研究,提出了適合于高等級(jí)公路的貧混凝土基層瀝青路面的合理結(jié)構(gòu),并分析了超載率為30%和50%情況下所需要的貧混凝土基層瀝青路面的結(jié)構(gòu)厚度。總結(jié)了貧混凝土基層材料以及防裂夾層材料的生產(chǎn)和施工的具體要求。
[Abstract]:The bituminous pavement with poor concrete base has the advantages of both asphalt concrete and cement concrete. It can adapt to the development trend of heavy traffic and heavy load traffic. Therefore, more and more applications have been made to highway pavement structure. In order to develop and popularize new pavement form, the research on asphalt pavement structure of lean concrete base is carried out. It has very important practical significance and broad application prospect. The research of this paper is mainly aimed at the asphalt pavement of poor concrete base course of high grade highway. First of all, the mechanical properties of poor concrete base material are analyzed. Through analyzing the main failure forms of asphalt pavement of lean concrete base, the evaluation index of this kind of structure is put forward, that is, the tensile stress and strain of asphalt surface layer. Eight mechanical indexes of poor concrete base layer, such as tensile stress, bottom tensile stress, road surface deflection, shear stress, shear strain and compressive strain at the top of the roadbed, are obtained, and the most unfavorable calculating position of each mechanical index along the depth of the pavement structure is obtained. Secondly, 12 factors, such as surface modulus and thickness, base modulus and thickness, base base modulus and thickness, subgrade modulus and axial load, are selected, and the order of each factor influencing each mechanical index is obtained by orthogonal analysis. Thirdly, the influences of the thickness and modulus of lean concrete base, the thickness and modulus of asphalt surface, the thickness of cement stabilized macadam base and the axial load on the mechanical indexes of pavement structure are calculated and analyzed in detail. Through the analysis of asphalt pavement defects of lean concrete base, Rubber asphalt anti-cracking interlayer is recommended as the improvement measure. The influence of anti-crack interlayer on the structural stress of asphalt pavement with lean concrete base is analyzed by using the general finite element software ABAQUS, which provides an important basis for structural design. Finally, through the analysis and research, the reasonable structure of the asphalt pavement of lean concrete base is put forward, which is suitable for the high grade highway. The structural thickness of lean concrete base asphalt pavement is analyzed when the overload ratio is 30% and 50%. The concrete requirements of production and construction of lean concrete base material and crack proof sandwich material are summarized.
