鐵尾礦砂水泥混凝土路用性能研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)入二十一世紀(jì)以來(lái),我國(guó)進(jìn)入了一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的階段,同時(shí)邁入了一個(gè)快速建設(shè)的時(shí)期,鋼材和混凝土的需求量是最大的,在開采鐵礦的過(guò)程中,也產(chǎn)生了大量的鐵尾礦砂,一種工業(yè)廢棄物,與此同時(shí),混凝土的細(xì)骨料,砂也出現(xiàn)了緊缺的危險(xiǎn)信號(hào)。過(guò)去二十年間,沒(méi)有把環(huán)保的概念放到生產(chǎn)的過(guò)程中,鐵尾礦砂隨意堆放,破壞環(huán)境,占用土地。十八大勝利召開之后,把生態(tài)文明建設(shè)作為國(guó)家一項(xiàng)很重要的任務(wù)來(lái)做,把環(huán)保拉進(jìn)人民生活中來(lái)。而且為了節(jié)約資源,變廢為寶,把一切可以利用的資源都充分利用起來(lái),促進(jìn)我國(guó)可持續(xù)發(fā)展順利快速的進(jìn)行,讓我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快的發(fā)展。本論文研究把鐵尾礦砂作為細(xì)集料應(yīng)用到道路路面中去,在現(xiàn)在國(guó)家實(shí)施“村村通”的政策下,鐵尾礦砂混凝土路面將會(huì)得到大范圍的應(yīng)用,這樣不僅可以解決鐵尾礦污染環(huán)境的問(wèn)題,而且可以解決混凝土細(xì)集料資源短缺的問(wèn)題,還可以降低工程成本,具有很大的社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值。 試驗(yàn)采用砂混凝土和用鐵尾礦砂混凝土作對(duì)比。為了滿足鐵尾礦砂水泥混凝土的工作性,需添加外加劑——萘系高效減水劑,在抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度、抗彎拉回彈模量、干縮性、耐磨性、抗凍性等工作性能和力學(xué)性能方面作對(duì)比,并考慮經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 在試驗(yàn)中,測(cè)的抗折強(qiáng)度為4.0MPa的混凝土為C30,抗彎拉彈性模量為2600MPa與規(guī)范推薦值2700MPa相差不大。混凝土鐵尾礦砂混凝土與普通混凝土相比,干縮率比較接近,磨損量相差不大,抗凍性略差,且具有比較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, China has entered a stage of rapid development and entered a period of rapid construction. The demand for steel and concrete is the largest, and a large number of iron tailings have been produced in the process of mining iron ore. A kind of industrial waste, at the same time, concrete fine aggregate, sand also appeared to be in short supply danger signal. In the past 20 years, the concept of environmental protection has not been put into production process, iron tailings are stacked at will to destroy the environment. Occupation of land. After the 18 victory, the construction of ecological civilization was regarded as a very important task for the country, and environmental protection was drawn into the lives of the people. Moreover, in order to save resources and turn waste into treasures, Make full use of all available resources to promote the smooth and rapid development of China's sustainable development, so that China's economy is sound and rapid development. This paper studies the application of iron tailings as fine aggregate to road surface. Under the present state policy of "connecting villages and villages", the concrete pavement of iron tailings will be widely used. This will not only solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by iron tailings, but also solve the problem of the shortage of concrete fine aggregate resources. Still can reduce project cost, have very big social and economic value. Sand concrete and iron tailings concrete are used as contrast. In order to satisfy the workability of iron tailings cement concrete, it is necessary to add the admixture-naphthalene series superplasticizer, in the compressive strength, flexural strength, flexural tensile resilience modulus. The dry shrinkage, wear resistance and freezing resistance are compared with the mechanical properties, and the economic benefits are considered. In the test, the concrete with the flexural strength of 4.0 MPA is C30, the modulus of elasticity of flexural tension is 2600MPa and the recommended value of code is 2700MPa. The frost resistance is a little bad, and has good economic benefit.
