銑刨機(jī)銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子性能參數(shù)對(duì)作業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響研究

【摘要】:路面銑刨機(jī)是瀝青路面養(yǎng)護(hù)施工的主要機(jī)種之一,主要用于公路、機(jī)場(chǎng)、貨場(chǎng)及停車場(chǎng)等瀝青混凝土路面的維修及翻新。銑刨機(jī)施工作業(yè)時(shí),銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子直接參與銑削作業(yè),它的性能參數(shù)直接影響到銑刨機(jī)作業(yè)質(zhì)量的好壞,研究其性能參數(shù)對(duì)作業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響規(guī)律,對(duì)提高和改善銑刨機(jī)的作業(yè)質(zhì)量有著重要意義,同時(shí)也可以為銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子的生產(chǎn)研制提供參考。 本文圍繞著銑刨機(jī)的作業(yè)質(zhì)量與其銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)的關(guān)系,,進(jìn)行了以下研究:分析了作業(yè)質(zhì)量的影響因素,對(duì)作業(yè)質(zhì)量與轉(zhuǎn)子結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了研究;通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外銑刨轉(zhuǎn)子參數(shù)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,確定了轉(zhuǎn)子直徑與最大銑刨深度之間的關(guān)系;建立了銑削轉(zhuǎn)角與轉(zhuǎn)子直徑、銑刨深度的數(shù)學(xué)模型,借助MATLAB繪制了不同轉(zhuǎn)子直徑條件下最大切削角與銑削深度的關(guān)系曲線;研究分析了螺旋升角、拋料板的安裝對(duì)回收率的影響,確定了銑削舊料能夠被集料皮帶收集到的條件,通過(guò)建立的行走作業(yè)速度與銑刨深度的數(shù)學(xué)模型,繪制了在防干涉銑削與功率匹配兩種條件下的作業(yè)速度與銑刨深度的特征曲線,并求出了最佳銑削點(diǎn)X;根據(jù)最佳銑削粒徑范圍得出了用以確定銑削作業(yè)速度和轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速的計(jì)算公式;利用切削圖,分析了銑削速度對(duì)銑削舊料粒徑大小的影響。最后進(jìn)行銑刨機(jī)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)銑削瀝青路面的試驗(yàn),對(duì)采集到的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了研究分析,得出銑刨深度一定時(shí),當(dāng)銑削速度為6m/min左右時(shí)作業(yè)質(zhì)量最好。
[Abstract]:Pavement milling machine is one of the main kinds of asphalt pavement maintenance and construction, mainly used in the maintenance and renovation of asphalt concrete pavement such as highway, airport, cargo yard and parking lot. Its performance parameters directly affect the quality of the milling machine. It is of great significance to study the influence of the performance parameters on the working quality of the milling machine, and to improve the working quality of the milling machine. At the same time, it can also provide a reference for the production and development of milling and planing rotor. In this paper, the relationship between the working quality of the milling machine and the structural parameters and motion parameters of the milling rotor is studied as follows: the influencing factors of the working quality are analyzed, and the relationship between the working quality and the structural parameters of the rotor is studied; The relationship between the rotor diameter and the maximum milling depth is determined through the statistical analysis of the rotor parameters at home and abroad, and the mathematical model of milling angle, rotor diameter and milling depth is established. The relationship curve between maximum cutting angle and milling depth under different rotor diameters is plotted by MATLAB, the influence of spiral angle and plate installation on the recovery rate is analyzed, and the conditions under which the old milling materials can be collected by aggregate belt are determined. Based on the mathematical model of walking speed and milling depth, the characteristic curves of operation speed and milling depth under two conditions of anti-interference milling and power matching are drawn. The optimum milling point X and the formula used to determine the milling speed and rotor speed are obtained according to the optimum milling particle size range. The effect of milling speed on the particle size of used milling materials is analyzed. Finally, the experiments of milling asphalt pavement by milling machine on the spot are carried out, and the collected test data are studied and analyzed, and the results show that the milling depth is constant. When milling speed is about 6 m / min, the operation quality is the best.
