【摘要】:廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料的就是將舊料銑刨、破碎、篩分,再經(jīng)過與新材料、新瀝青、以及各種類型的外加劑,集中拌合,根據(jù)不同的路面要求,重新配比,經(jīng)過拌制而獲得再生瀝青混凝土。目前絕大多數(shù)的舊瀝青道路整修過程中,都會(huì)處理產(chǎn)生大量瀝青混合料,,這種將廢舊材料再生利用的技術(shù),已在全球很多國家得到應(yīng)用,也是目前公路建設(shè)市場應(yīng)當(dāng)大力推廣的節(jié)約能源、降低消耗、減少污染、控制成本的有效方法之一。我國道路材料再生技術(shù)還處于起步階段,需要通過大量的理論知識(shí)、實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)、工程實(shí)例來逐步推廣這項(xiàng)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。 從九十年代至今,在北京、上海、吉林、天津、河北、山東、廣東等地方修筑了一定量的試驗(yàn)段,且大都取得了較好的應(yīng)用效果,但廠拌熱再生瀝青技術(shù)在我國的研究與應(yīng)用僅屬于初步探索階段,在廠拌熱再生瀝青路面施工全過程以及效益分析等方面還沒有進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)而深入的研究,通過論文的撰寫,結(jié)合所做的工程實(shí)例,總結(jié)出一套廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料施工控制與管理的系統(tǒng)理論和方案,進(jìn)一步提高廠拌熱再生瀝青混合料的施工控制和管理水平,樹立全過程、無縫隙的科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的控制管理理念。
[Abstract]:The hot recycled asphalt mixture mixed with factory mix is milling, crushing, sifting old materials, then mixing with new materials, new asphalt, and various kinds of admixtures, and remixing according to different pavement requirements. After mixing, recycled asphalt concrete is obtained. At present, the vast majority of old asphalt roads are treated to produce large quantities of asphalt mixture. This technology of recycling waste materials has been applied in many countries around the world. It is also one of the effective methods to save energy, reduce consumption, reduce pollution and control cost, which should be popularized in highway construction market. Practical experience, experimental data, engineering examples to gradually promote the application of this technology. Since 90s, a certain number of test sections have been built in Beijing, Shanghai, Jilin, Tianjin, Hebei, Shandong, Guangdong and other places, and most of them have achieved good results. However, the research and application of hot recycled asphalt technology in our country is only a preliminary exploration stage. There is no systematic and in-depth research on the whole construction process and benefit analysis of the asphalt pavement. Combined with the engineering examples, a set of systematic theory and scheme of construction control and management of hot recycled asphalt mixture are summarized, which can further improve the construction control and management level of hot recycled asphalt mixture and establish the whole process.
