公路客運站車輛排放評價研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,機動車保有量逐年增長,機動車污染物排放已成為我國城市大氣污染的主要來源之一。公路運輸站場作為我國公路路網(wǎng)運輸?shù)墓?jié)點,承擔著我國公路旅客及貨物運輸?shù)闹饕蝿眨瑫r也造成了客運站及周邊地區(qū)的空氣污染問題。目前,,盡管一些標準規(guī)范中提出了對客運站內(nèi)機動車尾氣排放的約束性規(guī)定,但并沒有專門針對客運站內(nèi)機動車尾氣排放的量化系統(tǒng)分析研究。因此,本文提出的公路客運站車輛污染物排放量化研究,對控制、減少站場污染物排放,評價站場污染物排放以及制定合理控制措施等具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 論文在分析了公路客運站環(huán)境要素的基礎上,確定選擇美國的新一代移動源排放預測模型MOVES作為車輛排放量化工具;根據(jù)MOVES模型的場站場景預測原理,提出了公路客運站模型數(shù)據(jù)輸入需求;以西安市城南客運站作為研究對象,對出入站口交通量、場站布局、規(guī)模等進行實地調(diào)研;使用GPS測速儀實測了營運客車的站內(nèi)及站外主干道行駛狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù),并利用短行程單元分析法建立了客運站內(nèi)車輛行駛周期;使用MOVES模型中的Driving cycle模式,結合本地化的輸入?yún)?shù)分別計算客運站場內(nèi)停車場、進出入站口、行駛區(qū)、發(fā)車位及下客區(qū)工作時段的尾氣排放量;最后模擬了使用不同燃料對客運站內(nèi)車輛各類污染物排放的影響,提出減少站內(nèi)機動車排放的相關措施。
[Abstract]:With the continuous and rapid development of economy and the increase of vehicle ownership, vehicle pollutant emission has become one of the main sources of urban air pollution in China. Road transport station is the node of road network transportation in China. Undertake the main task of road passenger and cargo transportation in our country, but also cause the air pollution problem of passenger station and surrounding area. At present. Although some standards and regulations put forward the binding regulations on vehicle exhaust emissions in passenger stations, there is no specific quantitative system analysis and research on vehicle exhaust emissions in passenger stations. The research on the emission of vehicle pollutants in highway passenger station is of great practical significance to control, reduce the emission of pollutants from station yard, evaluate the discharge of pollutants from station yard and make reasonable control measures. On the basis of analyzing the environmental factors of highway passenger station, the paper chooses the new generation mobile source emission prediction model MOVES as the vehicle emission tool. According to the prediction principle of field station scene of MOVES model, the data input requirement of highway passenger station model is put forward. Taking the Chengnan passenger station in Xi'an as the research object, the traffic volume, the layout and the scale of the entrance and exit station were investigated on the spot. Using GPS velocimeter, the running state data of the main road in and out of the station are measured, and the cycle of the vehicle in the passenger station is established by using the method of short stroke unit analysis. Using the Driving cycle mode in the MOVES model, combined with the localized input parameters, the parking lot, the inbound port and the driving area of the passenger station are calculated respectively. Exhaust emissions from departure spaces and working hours in the lower passenger area; Finally, the effects of different fuels on the emission of various pollutants from vehicles in passenger stations are simulated, and relevant measures to reduce vehicle emissions in stations are put forward.
