高速公路重大突發(fā)事件現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)急指揮車方案設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)高速公路重大突發(fā)事件的頻繁發(fā)生,人員傷亡與財(cái)產(chǎn)損失越發(fā)嚴(yán)重。若在事件發(fā)生后能及時(shí)采取有效的救援措施,可適當(dāng)減輕事件后果。制定救援決策前,根據(jù)應(yīng)急指揮車趕赴現(xiàn)場(chǎng)獲取到的信息判斷所需救援力量與裝備,有效提高救援效率。 本文首先介紹課題背景及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)急通信概念及其特點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出應(yīng)急指揮車的設(shè)計(jì)思路和功能需求,并從底盤選型、車體強(qiáng)度、車內(nèi)布局等方面概括了應(yīng)急指揮車的設(shè)計(jì)要求。根據(jù)應(yīng)急指揮車的設(shè)計(jì)思路和功能需求提出應(yīng)急指揮車的系統(tǒng)框架,詳細(xì)描述各個(gè)系統(tǒng)的主要功能,,并將參數(shù)及報(bào)價(jià)不同的設(shè)備配備到不同使用要求的指揮車,形成三種不同層級(jí)的設(shè)備選擇方案,即大型、中型、小型應(yīng)急指揮車設(shè)備選擇方案。 最后根據(jù)環(huán)境使用要求及經(jīng)費(fèi)預(yù)算,選擇中型應(yīng)急指揮車作為具體實(shí)施方案,主要從底盤選型及整體布局兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,并對(duì)整車的電磁兼容性設(shè)計(jì)、減噪減震設(shè)計(jì)和密閉性設(shè)計(jì)作簡(jiǎn)單闡述。
[Abstract]:With the frequent occurrence of major emergencies on highways in China, casualties and property losses become more and more serious. If effective rescue measures can be taken in time after the incident. Before making rescue decision, the rescue force and equipment needed by emergency command vehicle can be judged according to the information obtained from the scene, and the rescue efficiency can be improved effectively. This paper first introduces the background of the project and domestic and foreign research status, analyzes the concept and characteristics of on-site emergency communication, and then puts forward the design ideas and functional requirements of emergency command vehicle, and from the chassis selection, car body strength. According to the design ideas and functional requirements of the emergency command vehicle, the system framework of the emergency command vehicle is put forward, and the main functions of each system are described in detail. The equipment with different parameters and quotation is equipped to the command vehicle with different requirements, and three different levels of equipment selection schemes are formed, that is, the equipment selection scheme of large, medium and small emergency command vehicle. Finally, according to the environmental requirements and budget, select medium emergency command vehicle as the specific implementation plan, mainly from the chassis selection and overall layout two aspects of the study, and the electromagnetic compatibility design of the whole vehicle. The design of noise reduction and vibration reduction and the design of sealing property are briefly described.
