港口焦炭專業(yè)化連續(xù)輸送設(shè)備關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:天津港焦炭專業(yè)化泊位是我國首個(gè)焦炭專業(yè)化泊位,是天津港“北煤南移”戰(zhàn)略的重要標(biāo)志,,具有專業(yè)化、自動(dòng)化程度高等特點(diǎn),并為我國首次設(shè)計(jì)建造。但該系統(tǒng)由于前期設(shè)計(jì)存在缺陷,在其投入運(yùn)行后逐漸出現(xiàn)了諸如設(shè)備磨損程度較重、系統(tǒng)作業(yè)過程中煤塵污染控制效果不理想等實(shí)際問題,嚴(yán)重影響了系統(tǒng)的作業(yè)效率、作業(yè)質(zhì)量,工作的適應(yīng)性、安全性,以及設(shè)備完好率等指標(biāo)。本文結(jié)合天津港焦炭碼頭日常作業(yè)的實(shí)際情況,從提高設(shè)備使用效率、改善煤場(chǎng)及周邊地區(qū)揚(yáng)塵污染狀況兩方面入手,創(chuàng)新研究出一整套物料防破碎、設(shè)備防磨損和抑塵改進(jìn)措施,使設(shè)備更好地發(fā)揮性能,提高工作效率,合理適應(yīng)北方港口焦炭專業(yè)化碼頭作業(yè)的實(shí)際需要。 該項(xiàng)目通過對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的重新設(shè)計(jì)、改造和調(diào)試,經(jīng)過反復(fù)試驗(yàn)、測(cè)量和數(shù)據(jù)比對(duì),最終完成了三項(xiàng)內(nèi)容兩大方面的研究工作。具體研究成果包括:對(duì)卸車坑物料防破碎格柵進(jìn)行重新設(shè)計(jì)和改造,有效減少了在卸料過程中物料對(duì)設(shè)備所造成的沖擊,降低設(shè)備的磨損程度;運(yùn)用裝船機(jī)柔性布料技術(shù),新型設(shè)計(jì)的裝有接料板和導(dǎo)料板軟卸料轉(zhuǎn)接塔,以及裝船機(jī)焦炭防破碎機(jī)頭裝置,很好地降低了物料在溜筒中的破損率;結(jié)合北方氣候特點(diǎn)以及天津港焦炭專業(yè)化碼頭的主要污染物特點(diǎn),將污染源隨動(dòng)抑塵、人工造霧、人工造雪技術(shù)引入原有灑水除塵系統(tǒng),完成全天候抑塵系統(tǒng)的升級(jí)改造。 通過焦炭專業(yè)化作業(yè)系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究和實(shí)際推廣應(yīng)用,焦炭碼頭專業(yè)化系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備裝卸作業(yè)質(zhì)量、效率和環(huán)境優(yōu)化程度等都得到了明顯的改善,同時(shí)也創(chuàng)造了一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,并為提升天津港焦炭碼頭的港口競爭力提供了技術(shù)保證。該項(xiàng)目的研究也為港口專業(yè)化設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)與改造提供了有益的參考。
[Abstract]:The specialized berth of coke in Tianjin Port is the first specialized berth of coke in our country. It is an important symbol of the strategy of "moving coal from north to south" in Tianjin Port and has the characteristics of specialization and high degree of automation. It is designed and built for the first time in our country. However, because of the defects in the previous design, the system has gradually appeared such as serious equipment wear after it was put into operation. The actual problems of coal dust pollution control in the process of system operation are not ideal, which seriously affect the efficiency, quality, adaptability and safety of the system. Combined with the actual situation of daily operation of Tianjin Port coke wharf, this paper starts from two aspects: improving the equipment use efficiency and improving the dust pollution in coal yard and surrounding area. A set of measures to prevent materials from crushing, equipment to prevent wear and dust and dust suppression were developed to improve the performance of the equipment, to improve its working efficiency and to meet the practical needs of the specialized coke wharf operation in the northern port. The project through the field equipment re-design, transformation and commissioning, after repeated testing, measurement and data comparison. Finally, three contents and two major aspects of the research work were completed. The specific research results include: the anti-crushing grille of unloading pit material is redesigned and reformed. Effectively reduce the impact of the material on the equipment in the discharge process, and reduce the wear degree of the equipment; By using the technology of flexible loading machine, the new type of soft unloading tower with loading plate and guide plate, and the head device of coke crusher for loading machine, the damage rate of material in the roller is reduced very well. Combined with the northern climate characteristics and the main pollutant characteristics of Tianjin Port coke specialized wharf, the pollution sources are followed by dust suppression, artificial fogging, artificial snow making technology into the original sprinkler dust removal system. Complete all-weather dust suppression system upgrade. Through the research and practical application of the key technology of coke specialized operation system, the equipment handling quality, efficiency and environmental optimization degree of coke terminal specialized system have been improved obviously. At the same time, it also creates certain economic benefits and provides technical guarantee for enhancing the port competitiveness of Tianjin Port coke wharf. The research of this project also provides a useful reference for the design and transformation of port specialized equipment.
