【摘要】：“八五”和“九五”期間，廣東省修建了大量的水泥混凝土路面。經(jīng)過20多年的運(yùn)營，這些早期建設(shè)的水泥混凝土路面不約而同的出現(xiàn)各種病害，尤其是近幾年來受公路交通量和汽車載重量劇增的影響，越來越多的舊水泥混凝土路面因破損嚴(yán)重的原因需要進(jìn)行路面大修�！鞍准雍凇蹦苡行У馗纳婆f水泥混凝土路面的使用性能，延長其使用壽命，是舊水泥路面提高路面服務(wù)水平的有效手段，可大大改善行車舒適性。因而在現(xiàn)階段，結(jié)合廣東省公路路面大修工程設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例，探討“白加黑”關(guān)鍵技術(shù)是非常有必要的。 本文在調(diào)查了解廣東省省內(nèi)部分舊水泥混凝土路面大修工程實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上，依托茂（名）至湛（江）高速公路官渡至源水段路面大修工程設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例，從設(shè)計(jì)者的角度，通過分析研究“白加黑”的前期準(zhǔn)備、方案比選、注意事項(xiàng)等內(nèi)容，系統(tǒng)的對(duì)廣東省水泥混凝土路面大修工程“白加黑”關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。論文著重研究、探討了舊路面狀況調(diào)查評(píng)價(jià)方法、瀝青罩面設(shè)計(jì)方法以及防治反射裂縫措施，并通過在工程實(shí)例中進(jìn)行應(yīng)用來對(duì)相關(guān)成果進(jìn)行了細(xì)致、全面的驗(yàn)證，提出了適合廣東省路面大修的“白加黑”技術(shù)。論文從總結(jié)、提煉、研究、引申的角度較為全面的對(duì)廣東省的“白加黑”關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行論述，可供同行參考。
[Abstract]:During the eighth Five-Year Plan and the Ninth Five-Year Plan period, a large number of cement concrete pavement was built in Guangdong Province. After more than 20 years of operation, these early construction cement concrete pavement appeared various diseases. Especially in recent years, it is affected by the increase of highway traffic and vehicle load. More and more old cement concrete pavement needs to be overhauled because of serious damage. "White plus black" can effectively improve the performance of old cement concrete pavement and prolong its service life. It is an effective means to improve the pavement service level of old cement pavement, and can greatly improve the driving comfort. So at the present stage, combined with the Guangdong Province highway pavement overhaul engineering design example. It is necessary to discuss the key technology of "white plus black". Based on the investigation and understanding of some old cement concrete pavement overhaul engineering practice in Guangdong province, this paper gives a design example of the road surface overhaul project from Guandu to Yuanshui section of Mao (Ming)-Zhan (Jiang) expressway. From the designer's point of view, through the analysis of the "White plus Black" preparation, program comparison, matters needing attention and so on. This paper systematically summarizes the key technology of "white plus black" in Guangdong cement concrete pavement overhaul project. The paper focuses on the research and discusses the investigation and evaluation method of the old pavement condition. The design method of asphalt overlay and the measures to prevent and cure the reflection crack have been used to verify the relevant results in detail and comprehensively through the engineering examples. This paper puts forward the technology of "white plus black" suitable for road surface overhaul in Guangdong province. The paper discusses the key technology of "white plus black" in Guangdong province from the angle of summing up, refining, researching and extending, which can be referred to by peers.
