【摘要】：正當(dāng)?shù)貢r間2014年10月30日,上海海事大學(xué)與俄羅斯馬卡洛夫國立海事大學(xué)(Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping,簡稱SUMIS)校際合作協(xié)議在俄羅斯圣彼得堡簽署,上海海事大學(xué)校長黃有方、俄羅斯馬卡洛夫國立海事大學(xué)校長Sergey Baryshnikov分別代表兩校在協(xié)議上簽字.根據(jù)協(xié)議,兩校將在學(xué)生培養(yǎng)、學(xué)術(shù)交流等領(lǐng)域開展合作.馬卡洛夫國立海事大學(xué)由圣彼得堡馬卡洛夫國立海運(yùn)學(xué)院與圣彼得堡國立水路運(yùn)輸大學(xué)2012年合并而成,其歷史可追溯到1876年,是俄羅斯航海高校中歷史最長、學(xué)術(shù)水平最高、國內(nèi)外影響最大的航海高校,
[Abstract]:It was just October 30th 2014. Shanghai Maritime University and Russian Makarov State Maritime University (. Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping. An inter-school cooperation agreement was signed in St. Petersburg, Russia, with Huang Youfang, president of Shanghai Maritime University. President of Russia's Makarov State Maritime University, Sergey Baryshnikov, signed the agreement on behalf of the two universities, under which the two schools will be trained in students. Cooperation in areas such as academic exchanges. The Makarov National Maritime University was formed in 2012 by the merger of the Markalov National Maritime Institute in St. Petersburg and the State University of Waterway Transport in St. Petersburg in 2012. Its history can be traced back to 1876. It is the longest history, the highest academic level and the most influential maritime university in Russia.
