斜拉索繞流場的被動流動控制研究

【摘要】:斜拉索風(fēng)致振動是橋梁工程界最關(guān)心的問題之一。斜拉索的風(fēng)致振動是由尾流的非定常旋渦脫落引起的,為了控制斜拉索的非定常繞流,本文提出了三種流動控制方法:開槽圓柱控制、自吸氣自吹氣套環(huán)控制和螺旋形套環(huán)控制。 本文基于PIV技術(shù),在風(fēng)洞中進(jìn)行斜拉索節(jié)段模型的繞流場流動控制試驗,分別探索這三種控制方法的流場控制效果以及影響參數(shù)。 首先,研究無控斜拉索模型繞流場特征,包括時均流線、速度和湍動能;同時提出采用旋渦強(qiáng)度來衡量繞流場中旋渦的強(qiáng)度和輸運(yùn)特征。 第二,研究開槽斜拉索模型的繞流場結(jié)構(gòu),分析開槽控制的機(jī)理,研究不同的開槽方式對控制效果的影響。 第三,在斜拉索模型表面安裝自吸氣自吹氣套環(huán)對斜拉索模型進(jìn)行流場控制,,研究不同的套環(huán)間距對模型繞流場控制效果的影響。 最后,提出一種螺旋形套環(huán)對斜拉索模型繞流場進(jìn)行控制,并研究了套環(huán)高度和間距對控制效果的影響。
[Abstract]:The wind-induced vibration of stay cables is one of the most concerned problems in bridge engineering. The wind-induced vibration of stay cables is caused by the unsteady vortex shedding of wake flow in order to control the unsteady flow around the cable. In this paper, three flow control methods are proposed: slotted cylinder control, self-suction self-blowing ring control and spiral ring control. Based on the PIV technique, the flow field control experiment of the cable segment model is carried out in wind tunnel, and the flow field control effect and the influence parameters of the three control methods are explored respectively. Firstly, the characteristics of the flow field around the uncontrolled cable model, including the time-averaged streamlines, velocity and turbulent kinetic energy, are studied, and the vortex strength is proposed to measure the intensity and transport characteristics of the vortices in the flow field. Secondly, the flow field structure of the slotted cable model is studied, the mechanism of slotted control is analyzed, and the influence of different grooving modes on the control effect is studied. Thirdly, the flow field of the cable model is controlled by self-inspiratory self-blowing ring on the surface of the cable model, and the influence of different spacing between the rings on the flow field around the model is studied. Finally, a spiral ring is proposed to control the flow field around the cable-stayed model, and the influence of the height and spacing of the ring on the control effect is studied.
