系桿拱橋增加吊桿加固方法研究

【摘要】:系桿拱橋以其簡(jiǎn)潔優(yōu)美的造型,低廉的建造成本,以及較低的地質(zhì)條件要求等特點(diǎn),在我國(guó)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,公路交通量急劇加大,一部分系桿拱橋結(jié)構(gòu)病害情況日益嚴(yán)重,對(duì)于采用剛性吊桿的系桿拱橋,由于當(dāng)時(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)幾乎都沒(méi)有考慮吊桿的檢測(cè)與更換,所以如何對(duì)此類橋型進(jìn)行加固成為了一個(gè)重要課題。 本文對(duì)在役的剛性吊桿系桿拱橋開展調(diào)研與分析,對(duì)系桿拱橋所存在的主要病害進(jìn)行了整理分類并對(duì)病害成因進(jìn)行了分析;通過(guò)有限元模型對(duì)吊桿在恒載和活載作用下的軸力、剪力和位移進(jìn)行分析;在荷載作用下,系桿拱橋的拱肋與系梁將會(huì)發(fā)生位移與變形,使吊桿上下端與拱肋、系梁的連接處產(chǎn)生附加內(nèi)力,在長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中附加內(nèi)力的累積將會(huì)造成系桿拱橋的吊桿破壞;針對(duì)剛性吊桿系桿拱橋加固,建議了一種增設(shè)吊桿的主動(dòng)加固方法,此方法通過(guò)在原吊桿間設(shè)置新吊桿,使其承擔(dān)部分荷載,卸除部分原吊桿力,增加原吊桿的壓應(yīng)力儲(chǔ)備,最終形成整體內(nèi)力相互協(xié)調(diào)的共同受力狀態(tài);具有以簡(jiǎn)單的方式改善橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)受力,施工簡(jiǎn)單,交通影響較小等特點(diǎn),在后期運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中,,可根據(jù)需要及時(shí)調(diào)整更換吊桿。本文根據(jù)依托工程,采用Midas軟件建立有限元模型,對(duì)比分析了加固前后結(jié)構(gòu)主要受力構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力變化,并對(duì)施工監(jiān)控結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。 加固結(jié)果表明,剛性吊桿受力狀況得到明顯改善,原混凝土吊桿壓應(yīng)力儲(chǔ)備明顯提高,消除了混凝土吊桿的裂縫病害,橋梁承載能力和耐久性得到了提高,達(dá)到了良好的加固效果。
[Abstract]:Tied arch bridge has been widely used in China because of its simple and beautiful shape, low construction cost and low geological requirements. With the development of economy, the traffic volume of highway increases rapidly. Some of the structural diseases of tied arch bridges are becoming more and more serious. For the tied arch bridges with rigid suspenders, the detection and replacement of suspenders are almost not considered in the design at that time. So how to strengthen this kind of bridge has become an important subject. This paper investigates and analyzes the rigid suspenders tied arch bridge in service, classifies the main diseases existing in the tied arch bridge and analyzes the causes of the disease. The axial force, shear force and displacement of the suspender under dead and live load are analyzed by finite element model. Under the load, the arch rib and the tie beam of the tied arch bridge will displace and deform, which will cause the additional internal force between the upper and lower end of the suspender and the arch rib and the connection of the tie beam. The accumulation of additional internal forces during the long term operation will result in the failure of the suspenders of the tied arch bridge. In view of the reinforcement of rigid suspenders tied arch bridge, a method of active reinforcement with additional suspenders is proposed. By setting new suspenders between the original suspenders, this method enables them to bear part of the load and remove part of the original suspender force. Increasing the compressive stress reserve of the original suspender, and finally forming the common stress state of the whole internal force coordinated with each other; With a simple way to improve the force of the bridge structure, simple construction, less traffic impact and other characteristics, in the later operation process, can be adjusted according to the needs of timely replacement of suspenders. The finite element model was established by using Midas software. The internal forces of the main structural members before and after reinforcement were compared and analyzed, and the results of construction monitoring were analyzed. The results show that the stress condition of rigid suspenders is obviously improved, the compressive stress reserve of the original concrete suspenders is obviously increased, the cracks of the concrete suspenders are eliminated, and the bearing capacity and durability of the bridges are improved. Good reinforcement effect has been achieved.
