大跨徑波形鋼腹板梁橋與傳統(tǒng)梁橋的地震響應(yīng)對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:波形鋼腹板預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁是采用波形鋼腹板替代傳統(tǒng)箱梁的混凝土腹板,是一種新型的鋼一混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)。與傳統(tǒng)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁相比,橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)自重大約減輕了20%-30%,從而可以減少下部結(jié)構(gòu)工程量,降低工程造價(jià)。工程實(shí)踐表明,中、大跨徑的橋梁采用波形鋼腹板箱梁結(jié)構(gòu)能夠減輕橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)的重量,降低地震激勵(lì)的作用效果,提高橋梁的抗震性能。 本文以一座大跨徑傳統(tǒng)連續(xù)箱梁橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘?結(jié)合波形鋼腹板箱梁的受力性能,將其腹板用波形鋼替代,對(duì)其進(jìn)行地震響應(yīng)分析。主要包括如下內(nèi)容: 1、論述了波形鋼腹板箱梁橋的發(fā)展概況、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和受力性能,介紹了大跨徑連續(xù)梁橋抗震分析方法的發(fā)展和連續(xù)梁橋抗震設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀。 2、介紹了橋梁抗震分析方法的基本理論知識(shí),包括靜力法、動(dòng)力反應(yīng)譜法和動(dòng)態(tài)時(shí)程分析法。采用波形鋼腹板代替厚重的混凝土腹板對(duì)比設(shè)計(jì),建立了結(jié)構(gòu)動(dòng)力有限元分析模型。 3、依托已建的一座大跨徑傳統(tǒng)連續(xù)梁橋—攸水大橋,采用橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)通用分析軟件Midas Civil建立了空間有限元模型,選取主梁高跨比、梁底變化線形及橫隔板間距三個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行反應(yīng)譜分析,獲得不同參數(shù)變化對(duì)橋梁地震響應(yīng)特性的影響規(guī)律,并與傳統(tǒng)連續(xù)箱梁橋的地震響應(yīng)特性進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。 4、采用時(shí)程分析法,研究了波形鋼腹板和傳統(tǒng)梁橋在不同的地震波作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)反應(yīng)特點(diǎn),并與原橋的相應(yīng)地震波作用下的反應(yīng)情況進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。
[Abstract]:Corrugated steel web prestressed concrete box girder is a new type of steel-concrete composite structure, which uses corrugated steel web to replace the traditional box girder. It is compared with the traditional prestressed concrete box girder. The weight of the superstructure of the bridge is about 20% -30%, which can reduce the quantity of the substructure and the cost of the project. The use of corrugated steel web box girder structure in long-span bridges can reduce the weight of the bridge superstructure, reduce the effect of earthquake excitation, and improve the seismic performance of the bridge. Based on the engineering background of a long-span traditional continuous box girder bridge and combined with the mechanical performance of corrugated steel web box girder, the web plate is replaced by corrugated steel, and the seismic response analysis is carried out. The main contents are as follows: 1. The development of corrugated steel web box girder bridge, its structural characteristics and mechanical properties are discussed. The development of seismic analysis method for long span continuous beam bridge and the present situation of seismic design of continuous beam bridge are introduced. 2. The basic theoretical knowledge of seismic analysis method of bridge is introduced, including static method, dynamic response spectrum method and dynamic time history analysis method. The dynamic finite element analysis model of the structure is established. 3. Based on a long span traditional continuous girder bridge-Youshui bridge, the spatial finite element model is established by using the general analysis software Midas Civil of bridge structure, and the ratio of height to span of main girder is selected. The response spectrum analysis of the three design parameters of beam bottom change line shape and transverse spacer spacing is carried out to obtain the influence of different parameters on the seismic response characteristics of the bridge. The seismic response characteristics of traditional continuous box girder bridges are compared and analyzed. 4. The structural response characteristics of corrugated steel web and traditional beam bridges under different seismic waves are studied by time history analysis, and the response of the bridge under the action of corresponding seismic waves is compared with that of the original bridge.
