區(qū)域海域跨海大橋防腐涂層修復(fù)設(shè)備的實現(xiàn)與研究

【摘要】:跨海大橋作為一種道路交通設(shè)施,已經(jīng)為經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會的進(jìn)步起到了巨大的推進(jìn)作用。隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的不斷提高,跨海大橋的數(shù)量也在逐日的增多。由于跨海大橋所處的海洋環(huán)境具有很強(qiáng)的腐蝕性,所以腐蝕是影響跨海大橋使用壽命的主要因素之一。目前預(yù)防腐蝕的最好的方法就是防腐涂層的利用,但是防腐涂層隨著時間的累積也會老化脫落,所以修復(fù)防腐涂層成為跨海大橋后期保養(yǎng)與維護(hù)的主要問題。然而,,目前修復(fù)防腐涂層的機(jī)械設(shè)備相對稀少。 于是本論文主要探討了跨海大橋防腐涂層修復(fù)設(shè)備的實現(xiàn)與研究相關(guān)的知識,首先介紹了海洋腐蝕環(huán)境的危害因素以及跨海大橋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)腐蝕破壞的機(jī)理。由于海洋環(huán)境對跨海大橋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)存在著強(qiáng)烈的腐蝕破壞性,所以防腐涂層是目前應(yīng)用最廣的防腐措施。然后本文又討論了關(guān)于防腐涂層的作用及自身的失效分析,由于防腐涂層的失效脫落,本文著重研究了一種跨海大橋混凝土防腐涂層修復(fù)設(shè)備的設(shè)計和主要結(jié)構(gòu)架的可行性分析。修復(fù)設(shè)備主要有底架、上架和工作箱組成,為了實現(xiàn)其修復(fù)功能,在結(jié)構(gòu)架上增添了驅(qū)動裝置(縱橫向伺服電機(jī)),傳動裝置(絲杠導(dǎo)軌)和工作裝置(鋼絲刷、涂料噴嘴、烘干孔和吸塵孔)等輔助部件。最后利用Pro/E軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)架進(jìn)行了實體建模,然后使用ANSYS有限元軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)架進(jìn)行了靜力分析和模態(tài)分析,驗證了結(jié)構(gòu)架的可行性。 此修復(fù)設(shè)備實現(xiàn)了機(jī)械化施工,代替了目前的人力施工,降低了勞動強(qiáng)度并且提高了工作效率。
[Abstract]:As a kind of road traffic facilities, cross-sea bridge has played a great role in promoting the economic development and social progress. The number of cross-sea bridges is also increasing day by day, because the marine environment of the bridge is very corrosive. So corrosion is one of the main factors affecting the service life of cross-sea bridge. At present, the best way to prevent corrosion is the use of anticorrosive coating, but the anticorrosive coating will age and fall off with the accumulation of time. Therefore, repairing anticorrosive coating has become the main problem in the later maintenance of cross-sea bridge. However, at present, the mechanical equipment for repairing anticorrosive coating is relatively rare. So this paper mainly discusses the knowledge about the realization and research of anticorrosive coating repair equipment of cross-sea bridge. Firstly, the paper introduces the harmful factors of marine corrosion environment and the mechanism of concrete structure corrosion damage of cross-sea bridge. Because of marine environment, there is a strong corrosion damage to the concrete structure of cross-sea bridge. So the anticorrosive coating is the most widely used anticorrosive measure at present. Then this paper discusses the function of the anticorrosive coating and its own failure analysis because of the failure of the anticorrosive coating. This paper focuses on the design of a concrete anticorrosive coating repair equipment for cross-sea bridge and the feasibility analysis of the main structural frame. The repair equipment mainly consists of underframe, upper frame and work box, in order to achieve its repair function. The drive device (longitudinal and horizontal servo motor), drive device (lead screw guide) and working device (wire brush, paint nozzle) are added to the structure frame. Finally, Pro/E software is used to model the structure frame, and then ANSYS finite element software is used to carry out static analysis and modal analysis. The feasibility of the structure frame is verified. This repair equipment realizes mechanized construction, replaces the present manpower construction, reduces the labor intensity and improves the working efficiency.
