城市路段行人過街設(shè)施選型研究

【摘要】:隨著城市機(jī)動(dòng)車出行的增加,交通事故的數(shù)量也有所增加,尤其是車輛與行人之間的事故更加頻繁。行人在道路交通中是最弱勢群體,也是道路交通中最易受到傷害的人群。保護(hù)行人交通安全也已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)全世界相關(guān)研究人員共同關(guān)注的課題。行人過街設(shè)施從空間上分離或從時(shí)間上分配了行人、機(jī)動(dòng)車的道路通行權(quán),不同程度的保證行人和機(jī)動(dòng)車通行安全、迅速。合理設(shè)置行人過街設(shè)施可以提高行人過街的安全性,減少行人和車輛的延誤,提高道路的通行能力。 本文研究了不同類型的城市過街設(shè)施及其服務(wù)特性,分析了道路過街設(shè)施存在的問題;趯^街行人在無信號控制下、信號控制下及立體過街時(shí)的行為特性的分析,探討了過街行人的心理特點(diǎn)、交通特性及違法過街行為,針對規(guī)范中過街設(shè)施條件過于寬泛,缺乏實(shí)際指導(dǎo)作用,探討各類過街設(shè)施的選型條件,綜合考慮設(shè)施通行能力能否滿足行人過街需求量以及行人延誤是否小于行人可忍受等待時(shí)間這兩個(gè)指標(biāo),按照“先平面,后立體;先無信號控制,后有信號控制”的選型原則,將選型條件量化,給出了設(shè)施選型的邊界條件。對于人行天橋及地道的選擇,選取使用者偏好、社會(huì)效益、施工影響、城市景觀、實(shí)施費(fèi)用、地形、地貌及氣候原因這6個(gè)指標(biāo),使用層次分析法進(jìn)行比選。最后,,從行人對不同過街設(shè)施的選擇偏好出發(fā),基于實(shí)際調(diào)查,對行人過街設(shè)施的選擇行為進(jìn)行l(wèi)ogistic回歸,分析影響行人選擇過街設(shè)施的因素,建立行人過街設(shè)施選擇行為的logistic模型。 研究結(jié)果對保障城市行人交通安全具有一定的促進(jìn)意義,為路段行人過街設(shè)施的選型提供切實(shí)有效的選型依據(jù)條件。同時(shí),從行人主觀角度建立的行人過街設(shè)施選擇行為模型,可以判斷和預(yù)測不同行人選擇不同過街設(shè)施的概率,為合理設(shè)置利用率更高的過街設(shè)施提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the increase of urban motor vehicle travel, the number of traffic accidents has also increased, especially between vehicles and pedestrians more frequent. Pedestrians in road traffic is the most vulnerable group. Protection of pedestrian safety has also become a common concern of researchers all over the world. Pedestrian crossing facilities are separated from space or allocated time. People. Reasonable setting of pedestrian crossing facilities can improve the safety of pedestrian crossing, reduce the delay of pedestrians and vehicles. Improve the capacity of the road. In this paper, different types of urban crossing facilities and their service characteristics are studied, and the existing problems of road crossing facilities are analyzed. This paper analyzes the behavior characteristics of pedestrian crossing under signal control and stereoscopic crossing, discusses the psychological characteristics, traffic characteristics and illegal crossing behavior of pedestrian crossing, aiming at the over-broad conditions of crossing facilities in the specification, and lacks of practical guidance. This paper discusses the selection conditions of various types of crossing facilities, considers comprehensively whether the capacity of the facilities can meet the pedestrian crossing demand and whether the pedestrian delay is less than the pedestrian's tolerable waiting time, according to the "first plane". The logistic model of pedestrian crossing facility selection behavior was established. The results of the study have a certain significance to ensure the safety of urban pedestrian traffic, and provide a practical and effective basis for the selection of pedestrian crossing facilities on road sections. At the same time. The pedestrian crossing facility selection behavior model established from the pedestrian subjective angle can judge and predict the probability of different pedestrian choosing different crossing facilities and provide a reference for setting up more efficient crossing facilities reasonably.
