冷施工瀝青材料表面處治技術(shù)

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng),我國(guó)的公路事業(yè)迎來了一個(gè)迅猛發(fā)展的高峰期。然而,隨著公路的大量建設(shè),交通量也迅速增長(zhǎng),而目前我國(guó)的交通監(jiān)管制度還不完善,超載現(xiàn)象比較嚴(yán)重,加之我國(guó)“重建輕養(yǎng)”觀念比較嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致很多高等級(jí)公路在早期就出現(xiàn)比較嚴(yán)重的損壞。因此,在合適的時(shí)機(jī)對(duì)路面進(jìn)行預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)就顯得非常有必要。 本研究在以往國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以微表處技術(shù)為參考,旨在研究出一種路用性能較優(yōu),且噪聲比傳統(tǒng)微表處要小的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)。研究主要從以下四方面進(jìn)行展開:一是研制用于實(shí)現(xiàn)冷施工的SBS改性乳化瀝青;二是進(jìn)行混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì);三是對(duì)混合料的路用性能進(jìn)行分析研究;四是對(duì)混合料的降噪性能進(jìn)行研究。研制SBS改性乳化瀝青采用的是先改性后乳化的制備工藝,為了制備出性能優(yōu)良的SBS改性乳化瀝青,研究采用了一種陽離子乳化劑D與一種非離子乳化劑E來復(fù)配進(jìn)行乳化,并采用了有機(jī)穩(wěn)定劑A與無機(jī)穩(wěn)定劑B兩種穩(wěn)定劑來提高乳液的穩(wěn)定性;旌狭霞(jí)配采用的是MS-Ⅲ型級(jí)配中值,同時(shí)在其中加入了3%的20目橡膠顆粒及0.2%的長(zhǎng)度為6mm的聚酯纖維。對(duì)其進(jìn)行濕輪磨耗試驗(yàn)、抗輪轍變形試驗(yàn)、抗滑性能試驗(yàn)及水穩(wěn)性能試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明本研究所定的SBS改性乳化瀝青混合料比傳統(tǒng)微表處所用的SBR改性乳化瀝青混合料具有更好的路用性能。為了評(píng)價(jià)混合料的降噪性能,,本研究自主研制了輪胎下滑軌道系統(tǒng),并采用本實(shí)驗(yàn)室自主研發(fā)的室內(nèi)輪胎加速滾動(dòng)下滑試驗(yàn)方法測(cè)試混合料試件板的噪聲,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明橡膠及纖維的加入有效地降低了混合料的噪聲值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of national economy, China's highway industry ushered in a rapid development peak. However, with a large number of highway construction, traffic volume is also growing rapidly. At present, the traffic supervision system of our country is not perfect, the phenomenon of overload is serious, and the concept of "reconstruction and light maintenance" in our country is more serious, resulting in many high-grade highways appear more serious damage in the early stage. It is very necessary to carry out preventive maintenance of the pavement at the right time. On the basis of previous studies at home and abroad and with the reference of micro-surfacing technology, the purpose of this study is to find out a better road performance. The research is mainly carried out from the following four aspects: first, the development of SBS modified emulsified asphalt used for cold construction; Second, mix design of mixture; The third is to analyze and study the pavement performance of the mixture. Fourth, the noise reduction performance of the mixture was studied. The SBS modified emulsified asphalt was prepared by the technology of first modification and then emulsification, in order to prepare the excellent performance of SBS modified emulsified asphalt. A cationic emulsifier D and a non-ionic emulsifier E were used to emulsify. Two stabilizers, organic stabilizer A and inorganic stabilizer B, were used to improve the stability of emulsion. At the same time, 20 mesh rubber particles of 3% and 6 mm long polyester fiber of 0.2% were added. The wet wheel wear test, wheel rutting deformation test, slide resistance test and water stability test were carried out. The experimental results show that the SBS modified emulsified asphalt mixture has better road performance than the SBR modified emulsified asphalt mixture used in the traditional microsurfacing. In order to evaluate the noise reduction performance of the mixture. In this study, the tire glide track system was developed, and the indoor tire accelerated rolling slide test method was used to test the noise of the mixture plate. The test results show that the addition of rubber and fiber can effectively reduce the noise value of the mixture.
