高性能橋面鋪裝冷補瀝青混合料技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,河北省的公路橋梁建設(shè)得到了一定的發(fā)展,但由于車輛數(shù)量猛增及車輛重型化現(xiàn)象嚴重,,橋面鋪裝病害問題越來越突出并存在著安全隱患。針對橋面鋪裝的這些病害研發(fā)了高性能橋面鋪裝冷補瀝青混合料,其可以在低溫的環(huán)境下且不封閉交通的情況下對橋面鋪裝破損面進行快速有效的修補。 本文首先對橋面鋪裝修補技術(shù)及路面冷補瀝青混合料的路用性能進行了研究,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀,針對河北省橋面鋪裝的主要破壞類型進行了分析總結(jié)。然后,從混凝土簡支T梁橋橋面鋪裝修補體系入手,運用ansys有限元分析軟件分析了混凝土簡支T梁橋的敏感位置、荷載最不利位置及修補結(jié)構(gòu)模量對修補結(jié)果的影響等。之后,對冷補瀝青混合料的原材料及試驗方法進行了系統(tǒng)的研究并確定了冷補瀝青混合料的組成成分,同時,通過正交試驗方法確定出了冷補瀝青混合料的最優(yōu)組成方案,再通過反應(yīng)型樹脂對冷補瀝青混合料進行進一步的優(yōu)化最終得到高性能橋面鋪裝冷補瀝青混合料。最后,對高性能冷補瀝青混合料的制備工藝、施工工藝進行了闡述,對其社會效益及經(jīng)濟效益進行了分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, highway and bridge construction in Hebei Province has been developed to a certain extent, but due to the rapid increase in the number of vehicles and heavy vehicles serious phenomenon. The problem of bridge deck pavement diseases is becoming more and more prominent and there are some potential safety problems. A high performance cold filled asphalt mixture for bridge deck pavement has been developed for these diseases. It can repair the damaged deck of bridge pavement in low temperature and without traffic closure. In this paper, the bridge deck pavement repair technology and pavement cold-filled asphalt mixture road performance were studied, combined with the domestic and foreign research status. The main failure types of bridge deck pavement in Hebei Province are analyzed and summarized. Then, the repair system of concrete simply supported T-beam bridge deck pavement is introduced. The ansys finite element analysis software is used to analyze the sensitive position of concrete simply supported T-beam bridge, the most unfavorable position of load and the influence of the modulus of the repaired structure on the repair results. The raw materials and test methods of cold filled asphalt mixture are studied systematically and the composition of cold supplementary asphalt mixture is determined. The optimum composition scheme of cold supplementary asphalt mixture is determined by orthogonal test method. Then through reactive resin to further optimize the cold filled asphalt mixture, finally get the high performance bridge deck pavement cold filled asphalt mixture. Finally, the preparation process of high performance cold supplementary asphalt mixture. The construction technology is expounded, and its social and economic benefits are analyzed.
