瀝青路面病害分析與加鋪層處治方案研究

【摘要】:本文在對國內(nèi)外瀝青混凝土路面常見病害處治方法研究的基礎(chǔ)上,分析總結(jié)了坑槽、裂縫病害的破壞機理及處治建議,并結(jié)合某高速技改工程,系統(tǒng)研究了瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石基層的設(shè)計、施工及實際路用效果。 本文結(jié)合江西省修建較早的樟吉、昌九、九景、澎湖、泰贛等高速公路的養(yǎng)護維修工程,,對其養(yǎng)護檢測數(shù)據(jù)進行了統(tǒng)計分析,得出江西省瀝青混凝土路面病害類型主要為坑槽和裂縫及其衍生病害。分析了坑槽、裂縫病害的產(chǎn)生機理,,并針對不同破壞類型制定了處治措施,為高速公路瀝青路面的養(yǎng)護及大中修施工提供參考。從斷裂力學的角度分析瀝青層厚度、瀝青層模量對裂縫發(fā)展的影響,從經(jīng)濟效率上綜合考慮,推薦瀝青穩(wěn)定基層的厚度宜為16cm左右。在瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石混合料設(shè)計時,應采取措施通過添加改性劑、改變集料級配或混合料組成等方法提高混合料的抗變形能力,對防止加鋪層反射裂縫有重要作用。研究瀝青碎石基層的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,在原有半剛性基層上或者彎沉值小輕度破損的路面上加鋪內(nèi)摩擦角及粘聚力均較大的骨架密實結(jié)構(gòu)瀝青碎石作為混合式基層。這種結(jié)構(gòu)形式既充分利用了原路面基層,又克服了半剛性基層路面排水性能差、反射裂縫多引起從下而上破壞的缺點。瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石基層施工中,應對生產(chǎn)配合比進行認真調(diào)整。通過對篩孔設(shè)計、級配曲線的試配和抽提驗證,確保瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石的級配曲線得到嚴格控制。瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石宜采用厚層攤鋪,以確保瀝青混合料骨架結(jié)構(gòu)的充分構(gòu)成,同時厚瀝青層的適用有助于混合料的保溫。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the research on common diseases and harmfulness of asphalt concrete pavement at home and abroad, this paper analyzes and sums up the damage mechanism of potholes and crack diseases and the treatment suggestions, and combines with a high speed technical reform project. The design, construction and actual road effect of asphalt stabilized macadam base are studied systematically. Based on the maintenance and repair works of Zhangji, Changjiu, Jiujing, Penghu, Tai-Gan and other expressways in Jiangxi Province, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the data of maintenance and inspection. It is concluded that the main types of asphalt concrete pavement diseases in Jiangxi Province are potholes and cracks and their derived diseases. From the angle of fracture mechanics, this paper analyzes the influence of asphalt layer thickness and asphalt layer modulus on crack development, and synthetically considers the economic efficiency from the point of view of fracture mechanics. It is recommended that the thickness of asphalt stabilized base should be about 16cm. In the design of asphalt stabilized macadam mixture, measures should be taken by adding modifier. It is very important to improve the anti-deformation ability of the mixture by changing the aggregate gradation or the composition of the mixture, which is very important to prevent the overlay reflection crack. The structure form of the asphalt macadam base is studied. On the existing semi-rigid base course or on the pavement with small deflection value and slightly damaged pavement, asphalt crushed stone with dense skeleton structure with high internal friction angle and cohesive force is overlaid as the mixed base course. This kind of structure makes full use of the original pavement. The grass roots. It also overcomes the shortcoming of poor drainage performance of semi-rigid base pavement, and reflection cracks often cause damage from bottom to top. In the construction of asphalt stabilized macadam base, the production mix ratio should be carefully adjusted, and through the design of sieve hole. The test and extraction verification of gradation curve ensure that the gradation curve of asphalt stabilized macadam is strictly controlled. The asphalt stabilized macadam should be spread with thick layer to ensure the sufficient composition of asphalt mixture skeleton structure. At the same time, the application of thick asphalt layer is helpful to heat preservation of mixture.
