【摘要】:隨著我國公路建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,隧道越來越多。為了確保運(yùn)營安全,提高管理效率,必須建立完善的隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。通風(fēng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是整個隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,其設(shè)計目的在于有效管理隧道內(nèi)的通風(fēng)設(shè)備,及時改善隧道內(nèi)的通風(fēng)狀況,減少能源消耗,降低運(yùn)營成本。本論文依托翔安隧道通風(fēng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,充分考慮隧道通風(fēng)設(shè)計原則,在研究工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)、PLC、組態(tài)王的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目實(shí)際要求,對通風(fēng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)。 隧道通風(fēng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)與隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)其他子系統(tǒng)既相互獨(dú)立又相互影響。本文首先闡述了整個隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成,然后介紹了8個子系統(tǒng)的組成與功能,并著重對通風(fēng)監(jiān)控子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行介紹。 在充分了解系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計要求后,給出翔安隧道監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計方案,并對系統(tǒng)的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)、區(qū)域控制器進(jìn)行了硬件設(shè)計。采用lOOMbps冗余自愈式光纖環(huán)形以太網(wǎng)作為監(jiān)控中心與區(qū)域控制器、區(qū)域控制器之間的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò),區(qū)域控制器與現(xiàn)場設(shè)備之間則采用現(xiàn)場總線連接。確定區(qū)域控制器采用可編程邏輯控制器PLC,并對PLC進(jìn)行選型,最終選用施耐德M340PLC。 利用組態(tài)王6.55編寫通風(fēng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的上位機(jī)軟件,完成軟件功能與界面的設(shè)計,并通過ODBC(開放數(shù)據(jù)庫互連)方式實(shí)現(xiàn)MS Access與組態(tài)王的連接。最后利用施耐德PLC編程軟件Unity Pro XL編寫通風(fēng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的PLC程序。 目前,翔安隧道服務(wù)洞通風(fēng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)已調(diào)試完成,并在翔安隧道監(jiān)控中心運(yùn)行快半年,性能可靠穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction in China, there are more and more tunnels. In order to ensure the safety of operation and improve the efficiency of management. The ventilation monitoring system is an important part of the whole tunnel monitoring system. The purpose of its design is to effectively manage the ventilation equipment in the tunnel and improve the ventilation situation in the tunnel in time. This paper based on Xiangan tunnel ventilation monitoring system project, fully consider the tunnel ventilation design principles, on the basis of industrial Ethernet, configuration king. Combined with the actual requirements of the project, the ventilation monitoring system is designed and implemented. Tunnel ventilation monitoring system and other subsystems of tunnel monitoring system are independent and mutual influence. This paper first describes the structure of the whole tunnel monitoring system, and then introduces the composition and function of the eight subsystems. The ventilation monitoring subsystem is introduced emphatically. After fully understanding the design requirements of the system, the overall design scheme of Xiangan tunnel monitoring system is given, and the communication network of the system is also given. The lOOMbps redundant self-healing fiber ring Ethernet is used as the communication network between the monitoring center and the area controller. The area controller and the field equipment are connected by field bus. The programmable logic controller (PLC) is used in the area controller, and the PLC is selected. Finally, Schneider M340 PLC is selected. The upper computer software of ventilation monitoring system is written by Kingview 6.55, and the function and interface of the software are designed. And through ODBC (Open Database Interconnect). Finally, the author uses Schneider PLC software Unity Pro XL to program the PLC program of ventilation monitoring system. At present, the ventilation monitoring system of Xiangan tunnel service tunnel has been debugged and run in Xiangan tunnel monitoring center for nearly half a year, and the performance is reliable and stable.
