【摘要】:列車行駛在橋梁上,橋梁由于受到?jīng)_擊作用而發(fā)生振動(dòng),,運(yùn)行的車輛隨著橋梁的振動(dòng)對(duì)其運(yùn)行安全性和和平穩(wěn)性產(chǎn)生重要的影響。對(duì)于車橋耦合系統(tǒng)來說,其荷載是移動(dòng)的列車,其加載頻率隨著列車速率的變化而改變。從而有可能引起車橋耦合系統(tǒng)的共振,使橋梁或者車輛的振動(dòng)增大。因此,研究車橋耦合系統(tǒng)的共振具有非常重要的理論和工程意義。 本文在前人對(duì)車橋系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,主要從以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)列車橋梁耦合系統(tǒng)共振進(jìn)行研究分析。 一、建立以車體,轉(zhuǎn)向架和輪對(duì)以及彈簧-阻尼器懸掛裝置組成的23個(gè)自由度車輛模型,橋梁模型采用Euler梁模型,離散成三維空間的有限元模型,考慮輪軌接觸力,通過采用模態(tài)綜合法進(jìn)行單元離散,利用子結(jié)構(gòu)邊界條件,對(duì)其進(jìn)行坐標(biāo)變換,建立車橋耦合振動(dòng)方程。 二、整個(gè)隨機(jī)過程通過利用軌道不平順作為主要激勵(lì)源,采用對(duì)一段較長的時(shí)域樣本來進(jìn)行模擬替代,并將模擬的時(shí)域樣本作為輸入到車橋系統(tǒng),通過逐步積分法后,以MATLAB為主要編譯軟件進(jìn)行程序編寫,進(jìn)行數(shù)值計(jì)算并獲得系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)的時(shí)間歷程。基于有限元分析軟件ANSYS強(qiáng)大的前后處理器,對(duì)簡支梁進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,并與數(shù)值計(jì)算前幾階振型保持一致。 三、通過對(duì)引起車橋共振影響的因素,車輛速度,橋梁跨度,跨數(shù),不平順作用等進(jìn)行時(shí)程響應(yīng)圖的比較分析,提出了車橋耦合過程中,隨著車速,橋跨等因素發(fā)生改變時(shí),對(duì)引起車橋共振的影響,可以為車輛過橋限速,或者橋梁跨度結(jié)構(gòu)等方面提供理論分析支持。 四、本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)列車-橋梁耦合系統(tǒng),采用有限元軟件ANSYS進(jìn)行模擬分析,通過對(duì)列車加載頻率影響進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,與前人研究理論相比較,最后提出一些有益的建議,對(duì)實(shí)際工程中,列車運(yùn)行安全性和平穩(wěn)性有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:When the train travels on the bridge, the bridge vibrates because of the impact, and the running vehicle has an important influence on the safety and stability of the bridge with the vibration of the bridge, for the vehicle-bridge coupling system. The load is a moving train, and its loading frequency changes with the change of train speed, which may cause the resonance of vehicle-bridge coupling system and increase the vibration of bridge or vehicle. It is of great theoretical and engineering significance to study the resonance of vehicle-bridge coupling system. On the basis of previous researches on vehicle-bridge system, the resonance of train bridge coupling system is studied and analyzed from the following aspects. Firstly, the vehicle model with 23 degrees of freedom composed of car body, bogie, wheelset and spring damper suspension is established. The bridge model adopts Euler beam model and discretizes into three dimensional finite element model. Considering the wheel / rail contact force, the element is discretized by the modal synthesis method, and the coordinate transformation of the substructure boundary condition is used to establish the vehicle-bridge coupling vibration equation. Second, the whole stochastic process uses track irregularity as the main excitation source, uses a long time domain sample to simulate instead, and inputs the simulated time domain sample into the vehicle-bridge system. Through the gradual integration method, MATLAB as the main compilation software for programming. Based on the powerful front and rear processor of the finite element analysis software ANSYS, the modal analysis of the simply supported beam is carried out, which is consistent with the previous modes of the numerical calculation. Thirdly, through the comparative analysis of the factors that cause vehicle bridge resonance, vehicle speed, bridge span, span number, irregularity and so on, it is put forward that the vehicle and bridge coupling process, with the speed. When the bridge span and other factors change, the influence of the bridge resonance can provide theoretical analysis support for the vehicle crossing speed limit, or the bridge span structure and so on. Fourth, this paper focuses on the train-bridge coupling system, the finite element software ANSYS simulation analysis, through the train loading frequency analysis of the comparative analysis, and compared with previous research theory. Finally, some useful suggestions are put forward, which are of great significance to the safety and stability of train operation in practical engineering.
