【摘要】:鋼箱系桿拱橋具有諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),,造型優(yōu)雅美觀、跨越能力大、承載能力高,在大跨度橋梁中占有較大優(yōu)勢。研究鋼箱系桿拱橋的施工技術(shù)和受力性能具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以傅山路五跨下承式復(fù)式鋼箱系桿梁拱組合橋?yàn)檠芯繉ο,主要研究?nèi)容如下: (1)總結(jié)鋼箱系桿拱橋國內(nèi)、外的發(fā)展、結(jié)構(gòu)體系分類及結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算方法。 (2)詳細(xì)介紹鋼箱系桿拱橋下部結(jié)構(gòu)施工工藝,包括:鉆孔灌注樁、承臺及墩臺施工工藝。 (3)對混凝土主梁現(xiàn)澆支架進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,支架主要構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力和變形均在規(guī)范容許的范圍內(nèi),支架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理,滿足施工要求。 (4)鋼箱拱加工時,需嚴(yán)格控制各個組成構(gòu)件的加工精度,以防拼裝成鋼箱拱節(jié)段時,出現(xiàn)錯位或應(yīng)力集中現(xiàn)象。 (5)鋼箱拱吊裝時須選擇合適的設(shè)備,且節(jié)段間應(yīng)設(shè)置定位塊,以精確定位鋼箱拱節(jié)段。 (6)吊桿采用汽車吊進(jìn)行安裝和調(diào)整位置,并采用穿心千斤頂進(jìn)行張拉,吊桿安裝完成后應(yīng)及時安裝減震器并對其進(jìn)行防護(hù)處理。 (7)副拱系桿張拉工藝與主拱不同,采用懸浮張拉的特殊工藝,并對索力進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:The steel box tied arch bridge has many advantages, such as elegant and beautiful shape, large span capacity and high bearing capacity. It is of great practical significance to study the construction technology and mechanical performance of steel box tied arch bridge. This paper takes Fu Shan Road five-span through type composite bridge of steel box tie beam and arch as the research object. The main contents of the study are as follows: The development of steel box tied arch bridge at home and abroad, the classification of structure system and the method of structure calculation are summarized. The construction technology of steel box tied arch bridge is introduced in detail, including bored pile, pile cap and pier abutment. 3) the concrete main beam cast-in-situ support is designed and calculated in detail. The stress and deformation of the main components of the support are within the scope of the specification, and the design of the support structure is reasonable and meets the construction requirements. 4) in the process of steel box arch, the machining accuracy of each component should be strictly controlled to prevent the dislocation or stress concentration when the arch section of steel box is assembled. Steel box arch hoisting must select the appropriate equipment, and should be located between segments of the block to accurately locate the steel box arch segment. The suspension rod is installed and adjusted by car hoist, and tension is carried out by using the piercing Jack. After the installation of the boom, the shock absorber should be installed in time and treated with protection. Different from the main arch, the special technology of suspension tensioning is adopted, and the cable force is adjusted.
