移動加載試驗(yàn)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:論文對鋼混預(yù)制結(jié)構(gòu)在工程中使用情況及試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,在建筑工程和橋梁工程中,鋼混預(yù)制結(jié)構(gòu)逐漸受到重視并廣泛應(yīng)用。但是目前國內(nèi)還沒有針對橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的模擬移動加載實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料也很少,本文對鋼混預(yù)制件移動加載試驗(yàn)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究。 論文參考起重機(jī)、萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)以及移動式軌道加載機(jī)等類似結(jié)構(gòu),依據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)及機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)規(guī)范,結(jié)合理論計(jì)算,初步建立了移動加載試驗(yàn)機(jī)的三維模型。論文對試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了靜態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)分析,獲得了試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)的Von-Mises應(yīng)力、安全因數(shù)和位移等參數(shù),從強(qiáng)度和剛度方面來驗(yàn)證試驗(yàn)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性。論文對試驗(yàn)機(jī)進(jìn)行了疲勞性能分析,結(jié)果表明其主要結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞壽命均高于107次,證明試驗(yàn)機(jī)在額定工況下不會發(fā)生疲勞失效。為研究試驗(yàn)機(jī)的振動特性,論文對試驗(yàn)機(jī)的動力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了分析,獲得了試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)的固有頻率和模態(tài)振型,,結(jié)果顯示試驗(yàn)機(jī)在正常使用中不會發(fā)生共振現(xiàn)象。 本文研究設(shè)計(jì)了鋼混預(yù)制件移動加載試驗(yàn)機(jī)的三維模型,運(yùn)用數(shù)值分析方法從強(qiáng)度、剛度、疲勞壽命以及振動特性等方面對試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行分析,驗(yàn)證了試驗(yàn)機(jī)的可靠性。論文的研究工作對預(yù)制結(jié)構(gòu)試驗(yàn)方法和試驗(yàn)裝置做了有益的探索,對研究開發(fā)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)試驗(yàn)設(shè)備、預(yù)制結(jié)構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)與試驗(yàn)及工程應(yīng)用有一定的理論價值和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The use of steel reinforced concrete precast structure and test method in engineering investigation in construction and bridge engineering, steel concrete prefabricated structure has attracted much attention and widely used. But there has not for the simulation of mobile loading experiment device of bridge structure, related information at home and abroad are few, the structure of preform mobile mixed loading test machine of steel were investigated.
The crane, similar structure of universal testing machine and moving track loading machine, on the basis of structural design and mechanical design specification, combined with the theoretical calculation, preliminary established the three-dimensional model of mobile loading test machine. The static structure analysis of main structure testing machine, obtained the main structure testing machine Von-Mises stress. Safety factor and displacement parameters, to verify the reliability of structure testing machine from strength and stiffness. The paper analyses the fatigue performance of the test machine, the results show that the fatigue life of the main structure is higher than 107, proof testing machine fatigue failure would not occur under rated condition. In order to study the vibration characteristics of the test machine. The dynamic performance of the testing machine are analyzed, the main structure of the testing machine, the natural frequencies and mode shapes, results show that the testing machine in normal use There will be no resonance.
The 3D model is designed in this paper reinforced concrete prefabricated mobile loading testing machine, using numerical analysis method from the strength, stiffness, vibration and fatigue life characteristics, mechanical properties of the main structure of the testing machine were analyzed to verify the reliability of the testing machine. The research work of this paper has made the beneficial exploration of precast structure test method and device for testing, research and development of bridge structure testing equipment, has a certain theoretical value and practical significance to design and test and engineering application of prefabricated structures.
