【摘要】:城市地下軌道交通工程由于投資巨大,社會(huì)關(guān)注度高,其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理更顯至關(guān)重要,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生可能會(huì)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和極壞的社會(huì)影響。鑒于此,本文以廣州地鐵建設(shè)工程為平臺(tái),對(duì)盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的識(shí)別、分析、控制等方面的探討與實(shí)踐,提出針對(duì)廣州地鐵盾構(gòu)施工的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析方法和控制措施,為同類(lèi)工程施工提供參考。 本文以廣州地鐵八號(hào)線(xiàn)北延段工程小石盾構(gòu)區(qū)間為研究對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的盾構(gòu)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析,,并提出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施,主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: (1)本文首先對(duì)研究的背景、意義進(jìn)行了介紹,敘述了國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的研究情況,最后提出了本文所要研究的框架。 (2)結(jié)合本文的研究對(duì)象,介紹了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的涵義、產(chǎn)生原因、種類(lèi)及特性,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的定義、構(gòu)成要素,重點(diǎn)講述了工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的過(guò)程。 (3)對(duì)盾構(gòu)施工的原理、流程以及本文所采用的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析方法進(jìn)行介紹,最后結(jié)合廣州地鐵建設(shè)工程的特點(diǎn)給出了適合廣州地鐵建設(shè)工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平等級(jí)劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 (4)運(yùn)用層次分析法和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)矩陣法對(duì)施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行分析評(píng)價(jià),確定單風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素、初級(jí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及二級(jí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的等級(jí)。最后,在單風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果中,對(duì)Ⅳ級(jí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出常規(guī)性控制措施,對(duì)Ⅲ級(jí)及以上的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出有針對(duì)性的控制措施,以期將施工風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降至最低,保證工程的順利、安全。
[Abstract]:Because of the huge investment and high social concern, the risk management of urban underground rail transit project is more important. The occurrence of risk may cause huge economic losses and extremely bad social impact. Based on Guangzhou metro construction project, this paper studies the risk control of shield construction, discusses and practices the identification, analysis and control of shield construction risk. The risk analysis method and control measures for shield tunneling construction of Guangzhou metro are put forward, which can provide reference for similar projects. This paper takes the small stone shield section of the north extension section of Guangzhou Metro Line 8 as the research object, analyzes the risk of shield construction of the project, and puts forward the risk control measures. The main research contents are as follows: Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the research, describes the research situation of risk management at home and abroad, and finally puts forward the framework of this paper. 2) combining with the research object of this paper, this paper introduces the meaning, causes, types and characteristics of risk, and then expounds the definition and elements of engineering risk management. The process of engineering risk management is emphasized. 3) introduce the principle and flow of shield construction and the risk analysis method used in this paper. Finally, according to the characteristics of Guangzhou metro construction project, the risk level classification standard suitable for risk management of Guangzhou subway construction project is given. 4) Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and risk matrix method are used to analyze and evaluate the construction risk, to determine the grade of the single risk factor, the primary risk and the secondary risk.
