【摘要】:圬工拱橋尤其是石拱橋在我國乃至世界范圍內(nèi)都大量存在,由于其建設(shè)年代久遠(yuǎn),承受的荷載已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出當(dāng)時(shí)的設(shè)計(jì)荷載等級(jí),加上橋梁所處環(huán)境的變化,材料性能的退化以及結(jié)構(gòu)自身病害或損傷的開展,大多數(shù)既有圬工拱橋存在承載能力不足的現(xiàn)象。如何準(zhǔn)確、快速評(píng)估此類橋的承載能力是本文研究的方向。1、闡述針對(duì)圬工拱橋承載力的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析圬工拱橋的受力特點(diǎn)及破壞形態(tài),介紹既有橋梁評(píng)估方法,分析比較各種方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),建議采用綜合評(píng)估方法提高評(píng)估的可靠度。2、研究圬工拱橋承載能力的影響因素,結(jié)合有限元模型提取關(guān)鍵截面的內(nèi)力,分析對(duì)比各因素對(duì)主拱受力的影響;通過建立考慮拱上填料及側(cè)墻的實(shí)體有限元模型,量化其對(duì)活載效應(yīng)的折減程度;對(duì)桿系單元簡化評(píng)估模型給出合理的處理方式。3、結(jié)合文成大橋工程實(shí)例,采用新舊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)其技術(shù)狀況進(jìn)行評(píng)定,分析對(duì)比兩種評(píng)定方法的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并對(duì)圬工拱橋的技術(shù)狀況的評(píng)定提出合理建議。4、對(duì)承載能力檢算公式進(jìn)行合理的修正,結(jié)合多座圬工拱橋的荷載試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,討論荷載校驗(yàn)系數(shù)的合理取值范圍。5、結(jié)合文成大橋工程實(shí)例,研究討論檢算系數(shù)的合理取值,采用基于檢測(cè)和荷載試驗(yàn)結(jié)果引入修正系數(shù)的綜合評(píng)估方法,提高評(píng)估的可靠性。
[Abstract]:Masonry arch bridge, especially stone arch bridge, exists in China and even the world. Because of its long construction, the load has been far beyond the design load grade at that time, plus the change of the bridge environment. Due to the degradation of material properties and the development of structural diseases or damage, most existing masonry arch bridges have insufficient bearing capacity and how to be accurate. Rapid assessment of the bearing capacity of such bridges is the research direction of this paper. This paper describes the current situation of research on the bearing capacity of masonry arch bridges at home and abroad, and analyzes the mechanical characteristics and failure patterns of masonry arch bridges. This paper introduces the evaluation methods of existing bridges, analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, and suggests that comprehensive evaluation methods should be adopted to improve the reliability of the evaluation, and to study the factors affecting the bearing capacity of masonry arch bridges. According to the finite element model, the internal force of key section is extracted, and the influence of various factors on the force of the main arch is analyzed and compared. By establishing the solid finite element model considering the arch packing and the side wall, the reduction degree of the live load effect is quantified. The simplified evaluation model of bar system elements is given a reasonable treatment method. Combining with the engineering example of Wencheng Bridge, the new and old standards are adopted to evaluate the technical status, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two evaluation methods are analyzed and compared. At the same time, the author puts forward reasonable suggestion. 4, and makes a reasonable correction to the formula of checking the bearing capacity of masonry arch bridge, combined with the load test results of many masonry arch bridges. The reasonable value range of load check coefficient is discussed. Combining with the engineering example of Wencheng Bridge, the reasonable value of check and calculation coefficient is studied, and the comprehensive evaluation method based on the test and load test results is introduced into the revised coefficient. Improve the reliability of the evaluation.
