【摘要】:伴隨著社會經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展,公路交通的基礎(chǔ)設施得到進一步改善,然而如何有效的對公路網(wǎng)絡進行養(yǎng)護,以及隨著頻發(fā)的交通事故,解決日益突出的交通安全問題,是交通工程領(lǐng)域、道路檢測領(lǐng)域一直以來的重要研究課題。路表參數(shù)指標的測定,雖然是公路養(yǎng)護部門的主要任務,但路表參數(shù)指標不僅影響著行車安全性,而且對行車的舒適性、高效性等均有著深遠的意義。故提高路表參數(shù)指標的測定方法,對交通事業(yè)繼續(xù)維持高水平、高速率發(fā)展,有著長足而深遠的意義。 本文主要針對瀝青路面路表紋理構(gòu)造的采集圖像,提取高度數(shù)據(jù)矩陣,再矩陣經(jīng)過預處理的操作后,實施分區(qū)域典型值平面擬合算法,最終確定待測瀝青路面的構(gòu)造深度值。 在文章中,,首先根據(jù)非接觸式線激光三角測量法,來介紹圖像采集的總體原理方案,并分析說明了圖像采集的封裝裝置。然后,針對瀝青路面路表材質(zhì)的特殊性,闡述采集圖像的高度數(shù)據(jù)信息的生成、提取,詳細說明了高度數(shù)據(jù)矩陣的裁剪預處理、濾波預處理,為算法的實施夯實充分的準備。 本文重點闡述了,如何根據(jù)采集圖像提取的高度數(shù)據(jù)矩陣,來計算瀝青路面構(gòu)造深度的平面擬合設計算法。該算法利用矩陣分區(qū)域的最值作為典型值,通過散點擬合平面的方式,來獲取瀝青路面路表紋理構(gòu)造的絕對深度差值,采用平均值的思想,以及絕對差值的思想,求取待測瀝青路面的構(gòu)造深度值。 通過實驗室環(huán)境、實際瀝青路面環(huán)境的系統(tǒng)實驗與數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果比對,驗證了本設計算法的有效性、普適性、可靠性,該算法不僅具有與體積法的良好相關(guān)性,而且實驗數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果波動性較小。故本設計算法可應用于瀝青路面的構(gòu)造深度檢測,亦可應用于道路檢測領(lǐng)域的其他參數(shù)指標的測定。
[Abstract]:Along with the rapid development of the social economy , the infrastructure of road traffic has been improved further , however , how to effectively conserve the highway network and solve the increasingly prominent traffic safety problem with frequent traffic accidents is the important research topic in the field of traffic engineering and road detection . In this paper , based on the collected image of asphalt pavement surface texture structure , the height data matrix is extracted , and after the pre - processing operation , a typical planar fitting algorithm is implemented to determine the structural depth value of asphalt pavement to be measured . In this paper , firstly , according to the non - contact line laser triangulation method , the general principle scheme of image acquisition is introduced , and the packaging device for image acquisition is analyzed . Then , the generation and extraction of the height data information of the collected image are explained in view of the particularity of the asphalt pavement surface material , and the cutting preprocessing and the filtering preprocessing of the height data matrix are explained in detail , and sufficient preparation for the implementation of the algorithm is carried out . This paper focuses on how to calculate the plane fitting design algorithm of asphalt pavement structure depth based on the height data matrix extracted from the acquired image . The algorithm uses the most value of the matrix partition area as the typical value , and obtains the absolute depth difference value of the asphalt pavement surface texture structure by using the method of the scattered point fitting plane , and the construction depth value of the asphalt pavement to be measured is obtained by using the idea of the average value and the idea of absolute difference value . Through the laboratory environment , the system experiment and the data result comparison of the actual asphalt pavement environment verify the validity , universality and reliability of the design algorithm . The algorithm not only has good correlation with the volume method , but also has less volatility in the experimental data . Therefore , the design algorithm can be applied to the construction depth detection of the asphalt pavement , and can also be applied to the measurement of other parameter indexes in the road detection field .
